The 140 square meters of the house is convenient for transportation. It can be reached in 15 minutes from the interchange of Beiyi High-tech Bamboo Science Park. 10 mins to Hsinchu Science and Industry Park, 15 mins to Hokubu. Next to Baoshan Huacheng, the room is spacious and comfortable, fresh air, 5 minutes walk to Baoshan Reservoir, you can dine at the scenic Shahu Cafe, and spend another hour and a half hiking at Baoshan Reservoir to enjoy the suspension bridge and the lake.The entrance of the house is at the Baoshan Rural Mountain Lake Meeting Center

Welcome to Richard and Sunny's Hsinchu apartment, an old and cozy department. 15 mins walk to train station, quite place, nice neighborhood, suitable for family, closed to Big City, central park, city council, Dongmen market, Beida church. Our department is new decoration, spent 1.5 millions NTD for furniture, decoration and brand new home appliances.
