全新百萬裝潢中和景安MRT步行15mins 門口就是公車站，有多部公車坐到景安捷運站，乘坐「橘5」可直接到景安捷運站門口完全不用步行旁邊有付費停車場大露台11樓後棟安靜 3米6夾層中島黑玻風附LG敲敲門冰箱（製冰機）附智能開飲機（水龍頭即能冷熱飲）附62吋電視（Netflix) 提供WI-FI I 氣炸烤箱微波爐 Dyson吸塵器洗衣機1台，烘衣機1台，請避免兩台同時使用會跳電 1間衛浴附溫泉式浴缸浴缸很深，老人家若覺得危險不建議預定 2人入住，1張標準雙人床多1人一天多加NT$800（提供鋪在地板上的單人床墊）室內禁煙（大樓規定陽台也不行）原來綠色的沙發因為房客弄髒了，所以換了新的卡其色的皮沙發，圖片有補上走到超市5分鍾(11:00-23:00) 走到便利商店2分鐘（24小時）走到生活小百貨3分鐘（24小時）這裡屬於住宅區需走5分鐘至圓通路才有餐廳若使用uber eat/foodpanda會送到1F 大廳的桌子上再下樓自取機場巴士1968 可以到景安捷運站（大約1小時）機場坐taxi過來40-60 mins 若需要打掃NT$2000/次

這裡有主人用心照顧的房間、寬廣的院子,及露天的浴室,你可以在屋內外享受陽光,在院子享用早餐,洗澡時也能看到雲朵飄過,每個月有幾晚月光會灑滿浴室,在這裡你可以感受到不一樣的台北。永安站走路五分鐘,到台北市各大景點都在20分鐘內可抵達,與住在台北市中心無異,卻多了一分寧靜。一房一廳及花園共120平方米,只給一組客人使用,有wifi,雖無提供早餐,但樓下即有早餐店,巷口餐廳眾多,附近有超大公園,生活機能方便我家的影片,請搜尋『盧廣仲就是想知道& Youtube』轉眼間陽光藍的家已經要邁入第二個十年了，十年來我們接待了數百位朋友，所以目前這裡超過九成的客人都是重新回來台北的熟客，見到熟客回來就像看到老朋友最是令人開心，但因為我們只有一間房，所以時常得要難過地與熟客說抱歉，並且我們能認識的新朋友的機會也越來越少，所以若是出現了那麼一點機會，希望能認識住在不同城市的你們，分享不同城市間有趣的人事物。礙於台灣國內法規，2018年起無法接待短期日租，改為長期月租公寓
