Guesthouse vacation rentals in Zamboanguita

The place itself is very beautiful. The room very large considering we were only 5 since it was the only available at the time. Wished we booked a poolside room for the view since our view was the opposite to the pools but it was still close and very near to the restaurant and reception area. There were many big mosquitos so be prepared but they had nets to hang over your bed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay immensely! Will definitely come back again and recommend to others.

We really loved this place!!sleeping with earing the river and jungle sounds were amazing! our son loved the swiming pools!the staff were very kind and helpful!this place is zenfull at night time as we were the only customers to stay there.the garden is also beautyfull. Salamat po!!

Great place, nice modern unit that is well provided for travelers…. Good large fridge and an abundance of towels. Pool to use and eayt access to road to Valencia and Dumaguete. Have been to Dumaguete previously and can happily recommend Bigler. Also , great bird song in the mornings if you listen.

Had an amazing stay here at AivyMaes! The room was very cozy and so close to the beach. It was also close to restaurants, shops and an atm. Had some absolutely spectacular dives with the dive team at Apo Island. Couldn’t recommend the room and the dive team enough. Thank you for an amazing stay. Special thank you to the owner Mark and his family. They were a pleasure to deal with and made me feel right at home during my stay

We really enjoyed our stay. As others had mentioned, the company of Oslo and Kirby, the two house dogs, was wonderful. We also really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and sitting area underneath the house as well as the large deck upstairs. There’s lots of good restaurants in Dauin and it’s really helpful to rent a scooter for the ~10 minute ride. For divers, Liquid Dive resort is directly next-door, which is very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Mel was an excellent host,, very responsive to our inquiries. The condo was super cute with lots of room for two. it was clean and we enjoyed our stay. As a note her unit did not include parking but this was available for a fee. It may not be a issue for many guests. we loved the complex, it's closeness to shopping, restaurants, the city. It was quiet and a great place stay

As a host as well with +100 reviews from satisfied guests, I understand what great hospitality feels like and Melissa goes above and beyond to provide a clean, relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will be hoping it is available when family and friends visit Valencia and/or Dumaguete. Melissa is very welcoming, responsive and made us feel like part of her family. The accommodations were very clean with everything that we needed and more. Regarding the neighborhood, we felt safe throughout our stay and while it can be difficult to reach using public transportation (it is possible if you're willing to wait for a tricycle) we opted to rent a scooter in Dumaguete to make the most of our time. Hands down, it is one of the best Airbnb listings that I have stayed at for the price. It is well worth it and again, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
