Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Zakinthos

First of all a big thank to Martha who hosted us with great professionalism and kindness at the same time. She helped us even for a force major issue solving a technical problem instantly. The place is a great and exclusive location. We will surely recommend.

We were very satisfied with everything. Olga is an absolutely great hostess. The place was great! It was large and in a very quiet location. We had a very nice vacation. Everything was as described. And above all, the hospitality was really great and all our concerns and wishes were fulfilled. Olga and her family are very friendly and accommodating! We would visit this property again any time!!!

We had a great stay. It’s a nice apartment with an amazing view in a very quiet area while being close to the more tourist area (by car as its high on a hill). The hottub is a very nice extra. You do need to like cats and dogs as both the upstairs neighbours and the neighbours next door, have a dog and a lot of cats are walking around. We would recommend this place

We had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb for two nights with friends! Gedis and Stratos were incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, which just perfect for our stay. We truly felt at home and would absolutely love to come back again if we have the chance in the future!

We had a lovely stay at villa Marilena. It started with a warm welcome from Marilena's parents. They had delicious wine, eggs, olive oil and fruit from their own garden. Day 2 we got vegetables for the BBQ. It is a very child friendly place, with a great beautiful garden. Due to its central location, you can be anywhere within 30 minutes. Definitely a place to return to. Thank you!!

Adriana has a fantastic Villa. Modern and well looked after. Comes fully equipped with everything you'd need if self catering. Adriana kindly filled the fridge with goodies for us too. Downstairs, there is a Large living room, table and kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom and two big patio areas back and front and a hot tub upstairs two big bedrooms, bathroom and balcony. great for watching the sun set. Located just outside Tsivili, a 10/15 min gentle downhill walk to the main street of bars and restraunts or beach. We had a great holiday and would recommend this as a great base to explore the island

I enjoyed my stay very much and the host is friendly (◍◡>◍).The house is large, very clean, and a very good location.But the line of a WiFi company on the island for the few days we stayed was a bit sad that caused us to not have access to the WiFi.

The family of 4 stayed 3 weeks at Yiannis house. The house is located on the hill above Zakynthos. It is less then 10 m drive to the centre, Port supermarkets and even some beaches. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Yiannis is an excellent host and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an accommodation in Zante. He has given us lots of advices, recommendations. He replied any of my messages immediately. The house is big and can easily host up to 6 people. Parking is safe in the backyard. The area is nice, the view from the balconies is stunning! Sunrises are must to see) We were provided with basic welcome package though the house has absolutely everything for the comfortable stay. Thank you Yiannis. We will be happy to consider to book your house again. The house, as actually an entire island, requires to have a car. We dined in nearby Taverna Acrotiri on Yiannis recommendation and we liked it. The food and service was really good.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this villa. The host was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, welcoming us with water and other small touches that immediately made us feel at home. During our stay, he was always available, intervening promptly when it was necessary to call an electrician for a small external problem and even bringing us a coffee maker to make our mornings even more pleasant. The house is very welcoming and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the time in tranquility. If I have to find a small flaw, some details may benefit from some extra maintenance, but overall everything was at the top. Also, the host allowed us to check out in the afternoon, which was a big plus and allowed us to fully enjoy the last hours of vacation. In short, it was a really positive experience and I highly recommend this villa

Fantasitc spot, Nikos is the MAN. Gave us recommendations to restaurants, beaches etc. Anything we needed, we went straight to him and responded right away. He got us a BBQ grill in a matter of hours. Excited that we got to spend our time there. Cant wait to do it again!

By far one of the best stays we have ever had!! The villa was beautiful and had all we needed and more for a group of 8. Harry made our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, he was always on hand with advice, support and goodies. We would recommend anyone to stay at Muthee and experience Harry and Annas unbelievable hospitality. Thank you so much for making this birthday holiday even more memorable. We will definitely be back 💖🤩

The Villa is even better live than what we expected from the pictures:) Almost no neighbours, stunning sunrises in the morning (viewable from the bed on the 1st floor) and equipped with everything you need. If we had to take a point somewhere, it would be that the waterflow in the shower could have been stronger. All in all, we recommend the Villa:)

Very good hosts, responded very quickly and house was very top!!

Absolutely gorgeous property and perfectly suited to a larger group, we were ten guests and it comfortably slept everyone. It had so many wonderful areas to dine too, from a rooftop terrace, to a romantic barbeque area and poolside table, plus two fantastic long tables inside the property. The pool was wonderful, though bracingly cold - I'm not sure how warm it gets in the heat of the summer as it is quite shaded in the beautiful olive grove. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone to use. My only criticism is a couple of the bedrooms were a little less than ideal due to very steep access or not particularly private spots - one was a curtained off area in the living room. Our host, Anna, was absolutely incredible though, nothing was too much trouble, and she even provided a karaoke machine as evening entertainment for a special birthday celebration! A gorgeous property in a wonderful location, I hope we'll visit again one day.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Fabiana! We were a group of 6 adults and one baby, and everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was exceptional the villa was spotless inside and out, with daily cleaning that kept the entire outdoor area perfectly maintained. The heated pool was a dream, especially with a baby-friendly shallow section that made it super safe and enjoyable for our little one. The jacuzzi was huge more like a mini spa! Perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The BBQ area was a highlight too fully equipped with plenty of seating and ideal for group dinners. We had a few other families staying nearby, and it created such a warm, friendly atmosphere with lots of kids around playing and laughing. Leonidas was an outstanding host friendly, helpful, and always available if we had any questions. We were all completely blown away by the experience. Can’t recommend it enough we’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time at the villa! The view is really phenomenal, the location super quiet and private and it was all as described. Leonidas helped us with everything (transport, excursions, if we were missing something) without being intrusive. Thanks for a great time 😊
