It is a small apartment but with all the amenities you might need, the location is excellent as it is located in the center, you can easily walk anywhere.

The apartment is really nice, clean and with all the amenities. Just as a suggestion, the fan is not enough for the whole apartment. In this hot weather we needed air conditioning or at least 2 more.

Claus, is an amazing host and extremely helpful. He made himself available even at early hours of the day.

Very pleasant stay, Natasha was always in touch and super attentive, clarifying any questions. There is a lot of security in the subdivision, but Natasha provides the steps to follow very well. The house is very nice.

We used the accommodation to get to a concert, and the location is very good. Depending on which specific venue you go to, you can walk 10 to 30 minutes, but considering the traffic chaos of the events, I think it is highly recommended. The space is very nice and is in a fairly quiet unit.

I think that what is offered in the app is true to reality, it is a comfortable place that has everything functional and in good condition. I stayed very close to the accommodation for the planned activity and itinerary, it is close to the Park and an avenue that has restaurants and nightlife. I think the only thing that's not so positive is that the parking entrances are narrow and if you don't measure, there's a risk of scratching your car, but after about 2 or 3 times you measure, I think the showers lack pressure (functional but lack pressure). In general, I think the place is well worth it, highly recommended.
