Clean, pleasant and functional accommodation. Numerous nearby restaurants. Welcoming, responsive and friendly host. Quiet area with a metro station not too far away for travel. Only small downside for smokers, this is not a smoking accommodation. There is a location outside the building for smoking. If I travel back to Seoul, I would book this place again.

This is the perfect place for 1-2 people in Gangnam! Close to the subway stations, all kinds of places to eat, shopping, etc. I felt very safe. I went running every day in the neighborhood (and only a 5 USD Uber ride to the Han River!!), and on the day it rained, the treadmill in the building's free gym downstairs was the smoothest I've ever run on. The host communicated often with us to be sure everything okay. A/C worked great, although we didn't need it much because the windows also opened. Everything felt new and in great condition--bed was wonderful, water pressure perfect, and the washing machine was a huge plus. Security downstairs was friendly and helpful. Be sure to look at the host's photos of the building exterior so you know what to look for when you arrive. I didn't realize all the streets in the neighborhood looked like they had the same name. 100% I would definitely stay here again!!

Songdo, where I came to relax with Qinggu! The location was nice and the interior was warm, so it was perfect for healing. The bed was fluffy and I could see that they paid attention to the details, so I was comfortable throughout my stay. And I am 100% willing to❤️ revisit Viewmatjeop!

Good living experience: The room is clean and tidy, just like the photos on the website.Spacious, we are two people staying, small suitcases can be opened and spread on the floor and there is still plenty of space Good soundproofing, fully equipped room, everything you need (conventional toiletries, washing machine, cutlery, adapter, mobile power, etc.) Convenient location: close to Chungmuro Subway Station Exit 7 and Euljiro 3(sam)ga Subway Station Exit 8, it is quick to take the subway to Myeong-dong, Dongdaemun, and Gyeongbokgung Palace. But be aware that there are no elevators and escalators when you exit from Exit 8 of Euljiro 3(sam)ga Euljiro 3(sam)ga Subway Station, and it will be a little inconvenient to carry large luggage. Surrounding shops: 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, many cafes and restaurants nearby, B1 has a front desk and a place to store luggage. Host has a good attitude: The host service attitude is very good, and the online response is immediate.However, some messages may be translated into Korean through the website, resulting in errors, and there are still some parts that are not clear and need to be repeatedly confirmed. When we first checked in, the toilet door was locked, and the host immediately came to help and gave a complete introduction to the room facilities, thank you very much. Other: Please note that you need to take the garbage generated during your stay to the ground floor. Overall the experience was great, and I will stay again in Seoul in the future!

It was my first time booking an Airbnb, and it was so nice. The view of the lake park that I could see right away was so beautiful, and I loved the interior. I'd like to go again next time if I get a chance.

We loved being close to the convenient stores. I loved having the garage downstairs. The apartment was super clean and quiet at night. We didn’t hear the neighbors or the traffic on the street.

Even though I requested it late, they accepted right away and kindly guided me! The bedding was also very comfortable, so I slept well:)

Host was super responsive and friendly throughout my stay, really appreciate all the help he has provided. His great service and attitude deserves 5 stars itself! Luggage storage was available at the hotel downstairs and the location was close to the metro! Room was clean when I entered, had everything stated, even a vacuum which was very handy. The location is really great! Everything is easy to reach by bus or subway. Despite being in the city, the neighborhood is quiet at night. I had a really great time staying here :-) It’s perfect to stay as a solo traveler!

Whenever I come to Incheon, I always use this room if there are available dates that fit my schedule. Whether the schedule is short or long, there's no need to worry. It's equipped with everything.. I was able to spend my time comfortably since they responded quickly to any needs or inquiries... The panoramic view of the port and the night view from the 42nd floor are great. The sunset is worth seeing~ If you like movies and dramas, be sure to choose it... In front of the 65-inch screen.. If you lie in a rocking chair and watch it, you won't want to get up...

Yuju’s apartment was such a perfect place for me to stay!! It was very cozy & comfortable, and was in a nice safe neighborhood; which made me feel comfortable as a solo traveler. I would definitely recommend this place!!

It was right in front of the station, so it was convenient when going to Seoul or Incheon. There was also a convenience store in front of the house, so it was convenient to buy simple food. Overall, I was satisfied.
