Valentín always in pleasant communication on our arrival, during our stay and on our departure. The wonderful house, without any defect, all relentless, with large spaces both in bedrooms and in common space. I'm glad it was so close to downtown, but not so close to all the noise from downtown life. The streets in general are pending everywhere, it cost us a little work because a lady came with a cane, but we understand what all the streets are like. It was also difficult to get things down because there is not enough space on the street to be able to park and lower your bags, the cars stay one block away from the house in a public parking lot in which you have access at any time. All the services and amenities you can imagine. 100% RECOMMENDED. Thank you for everything.

Although I was unable to get to the accommodation and had to cancel the reservation because my relatives had a car accident just when they were on their way to the accommodation... Ariadna's attention was incredible, very attentive, always very present, taking care of every detail and attentive to the needs of the guest... I do not doubt for a second that if I had been able to arrive, our stay would have been very nice and pleasant.

Excellent service, the house is very nice, everything was very clean, we entered the house at the scheduled time, Mrs. Toñita was very kind and efficient, we never noticed that she was in the house. Highly recommended to relax and unwind from everyday life, we had an amazing family weekend.

Definitely a magical place to enjoy with the family. We really enjoyed the place, we took our two dogs and they also loved it. It is 20-30 minutes from downtown Cuetzalan, but there are shops and places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner near the accommodation. The atmosphere is super quiet and safe. The accommodation is spacious and full of plants, that's why there are so many bugs, but nothing out of the ordinary. Gandhi was very kind and was always attentive to our needs, he made the stay very pleasant, thank you very much for everything, we will definitely return.

Excellent place for a large group of people, with a proximity to the incredible plinth, perfect for walking and enjoying the main attractions that Cuetzalan offers. Ana was very friendly and attentive during our stay as well as open to recommending places to visit and eat.
