Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Xiulin

We were very happy with our room! Everything was clean and we had a nice balcony. We felt very welcome and had a great time in Hualien. The host is super friendly and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and Cafés we could visit. It was a great experience and if we ever visit Hualien again, we will come back to this Airbnb!

The traditional house was spacious, very clean and beautifully furnished. After struggling to find sleep in our previous accommodation, we were very grateful for the soft bedding and the quiet provided by the location. There were two bathrooms, which was ideal for us as a group of four, so no one had to wait in line. Comet and her sister are very lovely people and accommodating hosts. We’d like to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts to you (and A-gǒu 🐶) for letting us stay at your beautiful house and for making it such a memoriable trip for us. It’s obvious that you put in a lot of love into that home. And thank you for the frozen buns you gave us ❤️ That was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture, and they were very tasty! 🙏🏼🥰

房子整棟都很乾淨整潔，設備和衛浴用品應有盡有。環境清幽離火車站近，停車方便，附近也有早餐店和711，非常便利。每個房間都有足夠的空間，廚房該有的都有，鍋具不夠時Jenny也會熱心提供。 過年期間包棟和家人過年，Jenny非常幫忙，有問題和需要都會盡全力幫我們，真是非常感謝！

很棒的體驗，晚上沒有路燈會比較可怕一點，但只有一段小路沒有燈而已，民宿很大、乾淨，可以煮飯

步行可抵達東大門夜市以及市區，從車站騎車到住宿點差不多10分鐘，地理位置很優！ 房源裝潢簡約，住起來非常舒適！

A simple but comfortable apartment in a great location. Check in was really easy despite us not planning our arrival very well.

Eine sehr tolle Unterkunft, der Weg von Bahnhof ist angenehm kurz und auch in die Innenstadt ist es nicht weit. Es war makellos sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Host war super. Gerne wieder!

房間地板很乾淨打赤腳也沒問題，有提供洗衣機很方便，雖然停車位沒有保留車位但至少有位置停，沒位子的話附近有國小也可以停車走路五分鐘的距離，彈性時間入住很方便只要找到位置輸入密碼就可以。房東還有熱情介紹好吃的地方讚讚

房東人很好，住房空間很大，整體算溫馨，蠻適合朋友或家人一起來，感覺可以徹夜玩桌遊😂，還可以自己煮飯，只是床位不多～

我們來花蓮遊玩一周，非常享受在這間公寓的住宿體驗。公寓整潔乾淨，空間十分寬敞，明亮通透，整體品質非常出色。我們喜歡它的位置，非常便利，火車站、餐廳、超市和便利商店都很近，我們可以步行到很多想去的地方。每個房間都有獨立空調和風扇，加上天花板高挑，感覺涼爽舒適。所有的設備，包括洗衣機，都非常好用。來花蓮之前，我們有點擔心潮濕的空氣會讓洗好的衣服很難晾乾，但是把衣服晾在後陽台上，總是有很清爽的微風，衣服很快就乾乾爽爽。公寓是在一个安全宁静的居民区。房東非常善良周到，讓我們的花蓮之旅特別愉快開心。這是我們近些年旅行中住過的最好的地方之一。強烈推薦，下次再來花蓮一定還​​住在這裡！

We truly appreciated Sofia's apartment. It was generously sized for two people, allowing each of us to have our own bathroom. The interior was thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the apartment was impeccably clean, well-organized, and looked exactly like the pictures. Sofia welcomed us warmly and explained how to use the elevator dongle and the door code. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. There were also numerous restaurants within walking distance, and the beach was only about 8 minutes away. We were especially grateful for Sofia's flexibility with the check-out process. Since we had to travel to Taipei for work on short notice, she was very accommodating and allowed us to check out earlier than originally planned. Very well furnished with quality furniture, impeccably clean and well kept. Functional living spaces for families and groups with large living and dining area. Located on the fourth floor without lifts, so not for those with mobility issues or heavy/large luggage

The room is clean and is as good as advertised. Host was very responsive to inquiries (most chats were replied within < 5m). We had bad wifi connection in our room and they immediately installed a router. She was also very patient in communicating with us, even with our bad Mandarin. She helped us ordered taxi to places and we could contact her to help order another taxi back. All in all, highly recommended!
