Explanation of some important behaviour and rules in kendo while in a Dojo.
Learn the basic moves
Learn moves, how to hold/swing the sword. Then practice various exercises against a partner in an armor.
Fun games, photo sessions, etc.
The training ends with a mini game, photo session, and a final ceremony.
