You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

Durch das Freilegen der originalen Fachwerkbalken im Inneren ist ein großzügiger, luftiger Wohnraum mit Galerie entstanden. Der robust gemauerte Schornstein steht wie ein Monolith im Raum. Auf hellen Holzdielen sind Möbelklassiker der früher 70er Jahre eingezogen, die Designerküche mit freiem Kochblock und der knisternde Kaminofen runden die Wohlfühlatmosphäre ab.

200 qm großes Ferienhaus, gebaut 2024 auf einem 1000 qm großen Grundstück. 1,3 km zu Fuß durch den Wald des Nationalparks Wollin zum Strand.  Schlafhaus: 5 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 WC. Wohnhaus: Großer Wohnbereich, Lehmofen, Sauna, Esstisch, Kücheninsel sowie Terrasse und Garten. Der Ort erinnert an die Ostsee, wie wir sie auf Usedom von früher kennen: Hoher Buchenwald, wenig Menschen, keine Autos in der Nähe des Strandes – und die Ostsee ohne Promenade und Spektakel.
