Overall, everything was perfect. We only got a different place to stay than we saw in the pictures. Which was not bad, as we were so close to the sea and we also had a little more space in the apartment. We found the outdoor area particularly nice and felt very comfortable. Thanks a lot!

Wonderful property with amazing views and everything we needed. Lovely communal pool space overlooking the sea. The property was a lovely space with everything we needed, could have done with a few more pots and pans to make cooking a little easier but we were still able to cook everything we wanted. There is a lovely harbour a short walk away and a short drive away from everything you need. Most spots to visit were within a 40min drive. Couldn’t recommend this property enough it’s nice and quiet but close to everything you need and is a perfect getaway. Timotheos is really helpful and answered all our questions straight away. Check in and check out was super easy with clear instructions. The cleaner Ms Xenia was so nice and really helpful and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be visiting again.

We had an amazing staying at Spyros' studio! Perfect location at Mikro Nisi quiet bay. Our studio had direct access to sea and we could enjoy the peaceful landscape during our dinners in the small veranda. We couldn't ask for more. Spyros and his wife were very careful hosts with a delicate taste and attention for the house details. We are already missing the spot and we will definitely be back ♥️

“The Fairytale” is a wonderful House located in the center of Zakinthos. It is a quiet cottage “hidden” in nature, surrounded by raisins trees, vineyards and of course the characteristic Zakinthian olive trees. You can enjoy a lovely, large garden, as well as your own private terrace. The Fairytale is 3 km away from the sea (Tsilivi beach), 7 minute away from the Town by car, close to restaurants and a very convenient “base” for all popular destinations.Enjoy your stay!

Road to location is much better than partially described by other guests (from south there is a paved road). We only missed a washing machine, but everything for washing by hand is available. Owner Panos is really very helpful and nice. We even joined them at their family Easter barbecue . Highly recommended place

what a gem. This is truly a fantastic place with a lovely swimming pool and beautiful views. every day the cottage is wonderfully cleaned by the fantastic and cheerful Xania. The beds are nice, lovely shower and everything is clean. a lovely place to rest and enjoy the sun. we were here with two adults. I expect less suitable for a family with small children.
