Vacation rentals with breakfast in Westerkwartier

This was the sweetest and most charming Airbnb hostel we've ever had. There was so much personality, so much spirit from Kitty and Erik in every room, every object, that we liked very much. Obviously flea market goers with an eye for something special - just like us! Everything very clean, with even everything on site to make a hearty first breakfast and more. The staircase up is very steep, but well secured, and even our 70-year-old joints quickly got the hang of it. We enjoyed these days very much and it was like coming home every time. Georgia and Koos are a great host. They are friendly and helpful. There house is beautiful and provides a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our conversations and they have many adventureous stories to share. Many thanks for the Breakfast and Indian chai, it made us feel right at home. They also have a cute little dog Kai. We can highly recommend this place and would love to visit them again.

We arrive just for a weekend to see the Devin Townsend concert, but was amazing, first we arrived early than expected (11:00 hrs) but she recieved us anyway, the decoration and the ambient was amazing and of course the beautiful cat "Coco", also we had really good connection to public transport, thank you Tineke, sorry if we dont share too much with you but we dont had so much time to know the city, Greetings Antonia & Gabriel

It was great to stay at Ria's place. Ria is a great host. It was very nice having breakfasts with her snd talking with her. She is very friendly and helpfull. The room and house is very nice, comfortable and cosy. Also the area is great with nice nature. Also it was great to borrow the bike. All in all a great stay! If I ever come to Assen again I will definitely come back! Thanks a lot.

I highly recommend Rommy's place. Very friendly and helpful hosts, well equipped room, house in a lovely garden. Bus stop to Groningen nearby. Shop in walking distance .There is also a nice lake if you want to go for a walk.

Rented Edwin's place in April for a few days. Edwin was always available and ever so helpful. Next to that, the house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Great host, beautiful place!

Very comfortable and spacious room with good bed. Very kind hostess and host. Breakfast is well prepared and extensive. Easily accessible by public transport, perfect if you walk the Pieterpad!

Janneke is nice, helpful and interested! Exactly appropriate! Everything is perfectly fine, clean, tidy and a great bed! In consultation, I showered at night, which was also no problem for Janneke (I had a party close by, with dressing and green hair, hence the desire to shower). Janneke is super understanding and that made me feel very much at home. Janneke is a super host! :)

I stayed with Gerard for the second time. Gerard lives next door and is easy to reach for you, yet you have absolutely your privacy. If you are looking for a break in the rural Netherlands, this is exactly what you are looking for. The listing is also perfect with the dog as Gerard is very dog friendly. The area is great for long gas laps. Then head to the warm jacuzzi. Wasn't the last time there....

We were super great short stay and were also able to enjoy the tranquility of the lovingly nature-connected and sustainable farm. Great out-door kitchen, lovely people and super service. I would come back anytime. The attention to detail and artistic influences complete the farm perfectly. Thanks for that :)

Remco is friendly, and gave extra tips via Whatsapp. However, through the navigation we came to the wrong side and then you can't get to the right parking spot (you have to get there via a one-way road), but otherwise the service, the village with supermarket and restaurants close by!

The stay in the "Vliegtuig" completely inspired us. The small apartment is so individually and tastefully furnished, Frederique is such a friendly host and the breakfast is a dream. The apartment is very quiet and even has its own small garden. It doesn't get any better. Thanks!

We felt very welcomed by Wilma, she was very attentive, polite, and friendly. Our stay was very comfortable and peaceful. The room had all the amenities we needed and it felt very cozy. We will definitely come back in the future!

Our stay at Matthias's definitely deserved 6 out of 5 stars! A sparkling clean room, a beautiful garden to sit in the sun and also such friendly, warm hosts. Matthias and his partner go to great lengths to make you feel at home as a guest, even if you're only staying for one night like us. Your house and garden are designed with a lot of love for detail, which you can also feel directly with the excellent breakfast, which leaves nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back, then for a longer stay! Thank you, you have perfectly rounded off our short vacation!

What a nice b&b. We received a warm and friendly welcome, and it is a nice quiet place. The room is not very big but had exactly the two most important things we were looking for: Nice (and cared for with attention and love) breakfast and wonderful beds. We would love to come back here again!

Had a wonderful stay at Ayelet's: Large space, perfect for my daughters and me! Easy to find. We were only there very late, but Ayelet didn't bother about anything and received us warmly!

My grandmother was very nicely helped by very nice people. Wonderful place for my grandmother to rest after a long hike. Really recommendable and thank you so much👍
