Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

The apartment has a spacious courtyard of serenity and privacy after excursions to the cultural city of Weimar, which can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, as well as to Erfurt, Jena, Eisenach and the Thuringian Forest you can relax here. After 2 km in the direction of Ottmannshausen you can enjoy a beautiful well-kept outdoor swimming pool in summer. Shopping is 5 km away . A vehicle is required.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof, in the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in the summer by arrangement.

Die Finca ist sehr idyllisch gelegen .Viva la Dolce Vita. Gardasee-Feeling mitten im Steigerwald. 10 Autominuten von Erfurt entfernt. Die Exklusive Ausstattung mit hochwertigen Materialien und der freie Blick auf die drei Gleichen ist einzigartig.Ihr könnt von hier aus zum Waldhaus laufen in 15 Minuten. Dort fährt ein Bus bis nach Erfurt. Fahrrad/Wandertouren sind vor Ort möglich. Ab Januar 26 wird es eine Fasssauna für bis zu 6 Personen geben.

If you feel like it, you can "gärtner'n" with Diana and Moritz or just relax.
