Super easy to get ahold of and super accommodating! If I ever need to stay in Waterloo again, will definitely be staying here again!

Had a great almost 2 month stay at the apartment. It was tastefully furnished and we enjoyed our stay. The views in the apartment are also amazing. The host, Rajbeer was very responsive, answered my many questions and catered to our requests for additional items such as a blender. Would definitely recommend to others.

Kalita was a great hostess. The area and accommodation was comfortable and cozy. we had mutual friends surprisingly, and ended up having a great visit.

Great private stay! The place was spotless, with an amazing view. Communication with the host was smooth and super easy — very responsive and helpful. Everything was exactly as described. Recommended.

This place was very convenient, clean, very well equipped with all you will need (cleaning supplies, shower necessities, all kitchen supplies etc). My only issue was that the pictures show two beds (the description says a double and a single). In fact, they are the same bed with different bedding. There is a love seat that turns into a bed. I had no issues sleeping on it, but if you are picky or tall you might not be able to enjoy it. I did request and additional bed (it was there when I arrived) but it was more like a camping folding cot with a very thin foam. We didn't use it, not comfortable. There are a lot of lock boxes at the building entrance, make sure you ask the host to inform you which is the correct one, so you don't spend a long time looking for the correct one. Additionally, the description also says there is premises parking and street parking. There is only street parking and at times it takes a while to find a spot. A great place and would stay again.

I could not have asked for better hosts. The kindness, hospitality and friendship extended to me by Tam and Anurag allowed me to feel very comfortable and at home. Their lovely home is well located with many shops, bus stops and pharmacy within a short stroll. The room was clean, quiet and well-appointed. The bed is on the firm side. The dedicated bathroom is directly across from the room with great shower pressure and hot water. As my stay was on the longer side, they kindly allotted me dedicated fridge and kitchen storage space. I also had good use of the washer and dryer. My stay exceeded my expectation and I am grateful to have met such wonderful people that I now consider friends. Thank you Tam, Anurag and Tim-Tim! 💯🙏❤

Tyrone is easily the best experience I have had with AirBnb, an absolute gent of a host. Extremely helpful and gets back to you ASAP on any request! The apartment itself is really well set up with everything where you expect it and the layout makes it so easy to keep clean, it's also situated near some decent restaurants like Tamasha, Trunk and Coops Chicken. Obviously theres a Tim Hortons only a 3 minute walk and there's a groovy supermarket down King steet. Also very close to the Kitchener Markets. Next visit I will be staying here too if available.

Renee & Tony were very responsive to my requests, accommodating when I needed to extend my stay, even improving my living space. I felt at home quickly. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. Renee & Tony are very trusting yet respectful of your personal space, and are great company if you want it. The pool is a beautiful feature but more of a summer amenity. The location was ideal for active walks/bikers. The trails by the river are minutes away. This was the best choice for me. It’s wonderful to know that there is such a place for extended stays that is so welcoming & safe in this area. Thank you Renee & Tony for not just being great hosts but for being my friend!

Great spot. Honest host, easy to work with

Gorgeous contemporary home with super comfy beds, great bathrooms and amazing kitchen. Highlight was the automatic coffee/espresso machine that makes amazing specialty coffee drinks (there is a drip maker for ordinary coffee) and 2 fresh bags of coffee for our use. Loved the livingroom sofa for TV watching, parking was super easy, very walkable neighborhood and grocery/restaurants within just a few minutes walk or drive. Google does send you down the street and does not seem to know exactly where the house is, and digital keypad was a little tricky (press the checkmark key BEFORE putting in the code), but Steve was very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back.

Theresa is a fantastic host, all the extras she had waiting for us - food, drinks, coffee were so appreciated. The house is beautiful and amazingly comfortable beds. The unit is sparkling and high end everything. We can’t wait to stay again!
