Overall a really good stay, responsive friendly hosts. The pool was definitely a highlight alongside the mini supermarket downstairs that’s open 24 , very convenient. The place looks like the picture, the only improvement for me would be the couch, it does sink a little. Overall I would recommend this host

Clean and cosy. Well equipped for a short stay. The washing machine and washing powder was great for washing clothes, especially in the hot and humid climate of Bangkok. The apartment is conveniently located, just a short 5 min walk from Ekkamai BTS station and right next to a mall with supermarket. Several chic cafes and eateries in the alleys right behind the apartment, dishing out really nice coffee, baked goods and local dishes. Gale is very responsive, friendly and accommodating to our requests.

I had a great stay here! The room is beautifully decorated in a clean, modern-minimalist style exactly like the photos. It’s super clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect, right near Phra Athit Road in Bangkok. There are plenty of cool cafes and restaurants nearby, and it’s close to the river too. Ekawit was really helpful and responsive, always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I felt very welcome and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok!

A fantastic abode! Thoroughly enjoyed the well appointed apartment and its facilities. Much better than the photos. Easy access to transport ( Grab never had a problem reaching the place). The care given to make our stay comfortable and the ease of access to the host and team highly appreciated. Recommended to anyone or family seeking a peaceful stay well looked after.

-The apartment was extremely clean with a good set of furniture. I stayed here with my wife and 3 year old son and the bed was big enough for all 3 of us -Was super convenient to have a washing machine in the balcony. -Location is a 10/10 Midpoint to almost any location in Bangkok -And lastly, Luke is a brilliant Host Super responsive, very friendly and professional Will come back here again if ever I’m in Bangkok

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

Second time staying here. Honestly the place looks exactly the same from 2years ago, very well maintained. I like that the property is away from the main road, which is relatively quiet. It's walking distance from the BTS, there's also a shuttle service to the mall.

There are many convenient places nearby, such as Terminal 21, restaurants, 7-Eleven, street food stalls, and massage shops. The location is excellent with great access to everything. The self check-in process was clearly explained in advance, which made me feel very at ease. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the cup noodles, chocolate, and coffee provided in the room. Being able to use the washing machine for free was also a big help. I definitely want to stay here again next time. Thank you so much!

What a fantastic experience! Ben & Ndee’s apartment is truly outstanding and offers everything your heart desires – and more. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every comfort you could ask for. Ben & Ndee themselves were incredibly kind, flexible, and thoughtful. When my wife felt unwell, they kindly allowed us to check out an hour later without any hesitation. That kind of genuine hospitality really makes a difference. All in all: an A+++/ 5 star experience and service. We will definitely be coming back next year !

Kk and Sharon is by far hands down one of the easiest host to work with .Location was a 5 minute walk from BTS and 711 . Check in , response time , and helpfulness was all done promptly and efficiently. Would stay at his units again when I return ! . 100 % recommend

Our stay at this apartment was noting short of spectacular! Newly renovated, super clean and roomy! We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Tony - the host - was very friendly and always available! We definitely recommend this apartment to a single person, a couple or family of 2-3 and we are looking forward to renting it ourselves again - very soon! Nice place in the heart of Bangkok! Place was clean and clear instructions were given to enter the place. Pickup service from the airport can be arranged with additional cost as well but appreciate the service. 2nd room was small as per other reviews and location is about 5-7 mins walk to Platinum. There were two 7-11s located nearby which was good as well! Did not use the facilities but the guys did and said the pool was beautiful and gym was great! Slightly pricey but a good option for friends to stay together instead of staying in separate hotel rooms. Will recommend!

brilliant stay here with my family would use again no problem

This was my second stay in Sukhumvit. Why didn't I choose this residence when I came last time? The overall experience was very good. From the details of the service, the attitude of the smiling staff, the spaciousness of the rooms, the complete facilities, the cleanliness, the quiet rest environment, as well as the overall reasonable rental cost, all made me extremely satisfied. I would probably come to Bangkok again next month, and of course, I will choose this residence for sure.
