Centrally located within all the great things to see in the region, this home is one of the more spectacular I have ever had he chance to use via airbnb. The chateau and its property are beautiful and the hosts are helpful, very friendly and welcoming. Inside is well presented and will provide you with a cosy and warm environment. The smaller room for the kids was LOVED by our two and they even have a cupboard with toys and games for a rainy day in. Highly recommend!

Super nice location: a real castle domain with tennis court, pond where you can go boating and beautiful scenery! The stay itself is somewhat outdated, but for this price you will find everything you are looking for!

Beautiful property that's been restored to perfection. Martine is an excellent host providing breakfast like royalty. Very comfortable bed and the gardens are gorgeous. I highly recommend this property.

We only stayed briefly in this beautiful home. We were made to feel very welcome and shown every comfort and consideration.

We were two adults and eight teenagers. It was perfect for us: the young people had the opportunity to play sports outside and inside (table football, air hockey). We had not taken any balls and were pleased to find them in the neighborhood.

Cute castle in a great location with lots of space. Very large pool and tennis court. Beautiful barbecue and large tables for eating, both inside and outside. Bedroom nice, beds good. Kitchen was not quite clean, but the amenities were very good for the number of people. Lots of refrigerators, two dishwashers. This was very handy.

We had a great stay at this place with three couples and two toddlers. The rooms were a bit tight with a crib, but perfectly adequate. The kitchen has the standard equipment of appliances – a leaking coffee machine kept us busy, but should now be replaced (nobody had previously reported it to the hosts). The surroundings and the ambience with views of the castle are simply fantastic. In sunny weather, you can spend all day on the premises without it getting boring. The dogs often run around freely and are very affectionate and playful, so wonderful for dog fans! The sauna instructions could be a little more detailed, but after a few tries we got them working. All in all, a great place to just unwind or spend time with friends or family. Would recommend to anyone!

We spent the holidays in Castel Bodeux and have had a very nice time. The house is located in a beautiful private park (where the manager also lives), overlooking the nearby hills. There is a tennis park + swimming pool (not used in winter) and nearby it is nice hiking and biking. The house itself is spacious enough for a large group (and warm!) Upon entering, there is a large connected dining room with bar on the right, on the left a sitting room, which turns into a pool room, a room with a foosball table, the sauna and finally the kitchen (which is much more spacious than the photos suggest). The bedrooms are different in size; some are large, others smaller, but the beds are fantastic and there are towels + bedding. With children, the rooms are a little noisy, but that's not strange for such a beautiful old house! One point: the cooking utensils (especially knives/cutlery) are a bit outdated. We love to cook with our group and especially missed good knives

I had a wonderful stay, can't complain at all. Beautiful area, beautiful accommodation and great host. Will def visit again in the future.

We had such a lovely long weekend strolling the grounds and observing the peacock flock. The house itself was well-appointed and made us feel right at home. We met Mr Charles, the landlord, who was gracious enough to share some of the history of the chateau and that of the generations that inhabited it. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return, as well as recommend it to friends. Truly a special place. There is also a larger apartment available if you are traveling with more guests. We felt right at home in the apartment. Sparkling clean, with a spacious bathroom, a nice sofa, spacious dining table and plenty of cooking utensils and crockery to stay comfortably. The communication in advance was more than friendly and very attentive, we felt really welcome. The area of southern Wallonia was the real surprise for us: beautiful nature nearby, and lots of adventurous and quiet hiking trails for choosing. Ideal accommodation for 10 people. Plenty of bedrooms and spacious living room. Wonderful region to go for a walk. Away from all the hustle and bustle, we completely relaxed here. Nature and silence on an impressive domain. Hostess and host were very helpful. Smoothly checked in at foreseen hour. Foreseen check out time of 10 am we didn't have to follow and were able to stay quietly until the eve.
