Nice farmhouse/cottage vibes with great swimming pool for my niece to play with. Nice cozy interior design with many bathroom and bedroom. Surely can accommodate 7 people easily. We had a 3D 2N stay. The stay was great, very comfortable. We had elderly members with us and they were very happy and comfortable with the setup as the house had 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. Everything was good and top notch. Its not easy to find such an accommodating stay for a large group. We really enjoyed how spacious the house is. The fact they were 2 TVs on the top floor was good as the adults could watch their show while the kids watched theirs. The bed, the common area, the pool & slide, the compound, the cleanliness is all 5 STARS. Comfort is 5 star. Host responsiveness is 5 star. Our entire experience was great to say the least. We will surely repeat our stay if we happen to go in a big group again. Thank you for hosting us !

easy to find, very spacious and calming as you enter the house. there are towels so don't worry about bringing any. many eateries nearby (try roda tiga; fast service, delicious n cheap) as this place is centrally located. parking space is big for two cars. love the smart table / charging station in the master bedroom, very convenient. nice blackout curtains too. the wet kitchen area is so huge that my husband used it as his workout area (body weights only). It is close to Ismail Petra Mosque but do not worry about loud azans (prayer calls). the windows are so nicely done, you can barely hear anything. but don't miss your prayers yea! will surely come again!

Abang Syamsul’s place was a true gem for our short Chinese New Year stay. We spent 2 nights here and found the home to be spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The peaceful neighborhood added to the relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect getaway. Abang Syamsul was very responsive to our requests, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and hassle-free stay.

Overall, we had a nice stay at the house.. just need to improve on the toilet facilities, to add hook to hang towel n clothers n rack for toiletries

Azah's place felt like home, really comfortable and well equipped with all necessary amenities. Its really convenient and suitable accomodation for family.

The house is located within a shared property in the same compound, yet the guest's privacy is maintained. The location is remote, but still a reasonable distance away. The single-storey, stand-alone house is tidy and well-kept. The host is attentive and courteous. I asked for a favourite local breakfast spot, and the host provided me with several great options. Thank you for your kind hospitality!

很好的房东，我们很迟才入住，在我们面对问题时还是很快的解决，屋子很干净，很舒服，整体都很好，就是希望屋主能挂个门牌，不然有点不确定是不是这间，毕竟隔壁还有两间类似的屋子，地理位置也非法方便，走路5分钟就有一间billion mart 注意我入住时还没有热水器，需要用到的人可以先询问屋主

First time booked this homestay and sangat2 berpuas hati. Rumah selesa, cantik, spacious termasuklah ruang parking kereta yg banyak di dalam dan luar rumah. Setiap ruang ada aircond. Sesuai sgt homestay ni utk keluarga besar dan saudara-mara berkumpul beramai2. Antara sebab utama saya pilih homestay ni sbb bilik dia byk, ruang besar dan maximum capacity yg dibenarkan ramai. Ruang duduk tambahan di luar pun ada, sesuai utk outdoor mkn2 dan barbecuing. Kemudahan dalam rumah pun cukup lengkap, mcm di rumah sendiri. For the size yg besar, number of rooms dan kelengkapan yang disediakan, mmg berbaloi sgt2 harga yg dibayar. Hos pun sgt ramah dan responsif. Proses check-in dan check-out mudah. Guide yg diberikan ckup jelas. Masjid pun dekat, boleh jalan kaki ke masjid. Overal puas hati and highly recommended 😊👍

Selesa sangat. Dekat dengan bandar cuma rumahnya tersorok sikit. wifi boleh connect dengan TV sebab ada netflix tapi untuk ke laptop dan phone agak slow. kalau nak wfh kena guna hotspot. ada air coway so tak perlu risau. overall, okay dan boleh duduk sini kalau nak balik kapo

Rumah bersih dan cantik, laman rumah siap ada spot utk OOTD, small play area untuk anak-anak. Ada 3 bilik tidur semua aircond termasuk aircond di ruang tamu. Peralatan agak lengkap: sabun mandi ada, mesin basuh ada, sabun basuh baju disediakan, TV/netflix ada, iron, hanger dan tempat sidai kain ada, tuala, peralatan dapur/pinggan mangkuk pun banyak, coway ada. Masa kami datang cuaca panas jadi banyak nyamuk di kawasan perumahan tu tapi Ridsect disediakan jadi sangat membantu (hari ke-3 ada orang datang buat fogging alhamdulillah). Boleh repeat lagi.
