Beautiful villa in a very quiet location and with a beautiful pond nearby. Comfortable and really well-kept and pet-friendly accommodation.

Beautiful, clean space, perfectly equipped. Everything was perfectly prepared and the communication with the owners was great and they were very nice. And as a bonus, it's amazing wine :) If to Hustopeči again, this is the only place.

My friends and I were very happy with the stay. We used a great terrace with an electric grill to celebrate. The environment is beautiful and clean. There was great communication with the owner and she accommodated us in everything. I would like to return to the place every year.

Great views, the location was in the heart of Pálava. Everything was close and everything was clean. The duvets smelled :D, so we'll definitely want to come back. I have no choice but to highly recommend. 10/10 !

We were with the family of nine in David's beautiful house. The house is large, there were rooms for everyone and access to the outside everywhere. The pool and terrace with the grill were the absolute highlight for us. David sent us great excursion tips in advance. So we discovered a couple of magically beautiful places that we will certainly visit again. David is a very diligent host. He knew we were booking the house for my mother's birthday and even suggested arranging flowers and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine. We had 3 really very nice days and would be happy to come back. One of the best locations to stay in Mikulov. Everything was neat and tidy, the flat is very spacious to accommodate a large group of people. Lukas was responsive and was ready to help with any questions.

We were already entranced when we entered the main living room, and we haven't seen those beautiful bedrooms yet. The apartment is bright, but also with the possibility of retracting to create privacy. Plenty of space, comfortable sofa and billiards provided us with exactly what we were looking for for the weekend. Just some outdoor seating was missing to perfection. Jaromír was very communicative and even offered recommendations for interesting places nearby. Would definitely recommend. I'll keep it on the list for future visits.

Thank you to this house and the owners. We celebrated Christmas and New Year here with my family and our cats. It was warm and cozy. There was a parking lot outside the house and everything we needed to live inside. Three kilometers from the village is the town of Blansko, where there are stores and restaurants. It was very nice to find delicious Christmas cookies, a gift from the hostess. I recommend staying here if you like silence and forest beauty.

Very beautiful house and a great host! Communicating with Josef was very easy and we could call him with every problem. The place had lots of decorative details and everything was clean. We felt very comfortable. Our only problem were there streets we had to use to visit Vila Martina. The last minutes of the drive you have to use kind of a dirt road with lot of holes. We aren't used to this kind of roads But after the first time it's ok. We really enjoyed our stay and totally recommend staying at Vila Martina!

Very nice property, matching the description with everything you expect and need. We strongly recommend. Arriving at the property is on a dirt road that was a bit squashed at the time of our visit and on the way back (uphill) it wasn't quite the easiest way to drive without a 4x4. But in the end, we made it.

It will be hard to find any drawbacks if they were at all. The stay was exceptionally pleasant, the owner was very communicative and helpful, mega person. It was the same with the hotel, everything matched the description, and even more. And okay, I found one minus, we were there too short...

Lovely home and very roomy and comfortable. Perfect for our family at Christmas and even had a decorated tree for us.

Very well maintained large house with plenty of sleeping facilities. What we liked very much was the great equipment of the kitchen - there were all the necessary household appliances available. The garden with pool and barbecue area has been a real highlight for us! Lukáš was a very friendly host, was always available for us and everything was straightforward.
