Hele fijne accomodatie! Prachtig appartement met alles wat we nodig hadden. Het was erg schoon en het balkon en dakterras waren super! Vanuit het appartement goed beloopbaar naar leuke restaurantjes om de hoek en naar de stad.

This place is perfectly located with amazing views on the majestic acropolis! You can access everything on foot and there’s a bar located on the top floor of the building. None of the outside noise could be heard from inside. The host was outstanding on all levels; from prompt communications to us assisting with airport & port transfers. A bottle of wine and some water was left for us. The appartement is modernly designed and spacious. The beds were comfortable. It exceeded our expectations! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! very nice apartment well designed and equipped with latest technology. clean with lots of essentials. gym wasn't equipped though and stairs smells like insecticide is used often. parking is difficult here.

This was an excellent place to stay for a first trip to Athens! Cool neighborhood with bars and restaurants - but quiet enough to sleep. ~15 min walk to the metro that goes to the acropolis (though you could also walk there) or ~25 minute walk to the metro line that goes to the airport and the port to the ferry. All my messages to the host were responded to very quickly.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Konstantinos is a fantastics host and his place is extremely cosy, well located in a nice, buzzy, safe area in the centre of Athens. The place feels very homely, it has all needed amenities and is located in a great area. There are so many shops, cafes, restaurants, literally just outside the building. It's located in walking distance from Athens' historical centre. The place has three working stations and great internet speed, making it ideal for people working remotely. Konstantinos was such a good host, always super communicative, thoughtful and accommodating. I would 100% recommend this place and Konstantinos as a host.

Lovely little apartment with everything you need for a relaxing stay, close to rail and metro. So clean and linty of extra touches to bake stay great.

A great appartment in a quiet neighborhood close to the center and the north of Athens. Super clean, the fridge was full and Vassiliki is an amazing host !

До главных достопримечательностей пешком 10 минут, как и до станции метро с помощью которой можно легко добраться в другие точки города. Сама квартира неплохо оборудована, находится на первом этаже, потому немного сыроватая. Рядом есть все необходимое.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία του είναι πάρα πολύ βολική καθώς βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή, πολύ κοντά στον ηλεκτρικό. Ο κύριος Δημήτρης ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικός κι εξυπηρετικός καθόλη την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας, μας εξήγησε λεπτομερώς και τις παροχές του σπιτιού. Τον συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and my family and I had an incredible time staying over. We especially enjoyed how clean and nice the pool provided was. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Greece.

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Ο χώρος ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες χωρίς καμία απολύτως δυσάρεστη έκπληξη.Οπως επίσης άριστη ήταν και η επικοινωνία με την κ.Γιαννα κάνοντας την διαμονή μας ευχάριστη!

Wäre am liebsten länger dort geblieben! Dieser Aufenthalt und besonders dieses Airbnb hat sich jede Sekunde ausgezahlt! Von der Gastfreundschaftlichkeit der Menschen Vorort aber auch die Unternehmungsmöglochkeiten waren mehr als besonders. Ich empfehle sich einen Roller oder Auto zu mieten und die Insel zu begutachten! Die Hauptstadt Athen war ebenfalls sehr einfach und preiswert zu erreichen. Eine Fahrt mit der Fähre auf welcher man die Umgebung einfach genießen kann und eine Fahrt durch die Straßen Athens mit dem Bus und man ist zum Beispiel bei der Acrapolis, Monastiraki. Würde das nächste Mal wieder dort hinkommen und noch mehr erkunden. Danke für alles !!

What can I say the apartment was lovely and George our host was amazing! Our first night we were sent dinner and some Beers! A lovely welcome. Given the time of year, George kindly dressed the apartment for the Christmas festivities, which was well received by the whole family. In terms of accessibility you can’t beat it. Five minutes to the metro station which is a super efficient way to travel around Athens. We would recommend staying here to anyone you won’t be disappointed! Thanks George and Happy New Year!!

The apartment was nicely furnished and spacious, had all the necessary amenities for a short stay. We didn’t do much around the neighborhood, since we only stayed one night to rest before our flight the next day, so I can’t speak about the surroundings. The host was very responsive, friendly and made us feel at ease and welcome. Would recommend!
