In the evening, sitting by a fire on the dike, and within walking distance of the atmospheric center of Zutphen! The floodplains are next to the house, where you can enjoy hiking and enjoying the tranquility. You can borrow our 2-person kayak and go up the water, and there is a pinball machine in the house! The house is very spacious with 140m2.

Beautiful detached house just 8min walk from the center. This family home offers the perfect base for all the highlights on the Veluwe and beautiful cycling routes in nature! Family house with 4 bedrooms with three double beds and a 4th bedroom with single bed. The large enclosed garden, with sun all day, offers all privacy to enjoy a delicious drink after a wonderful day. Parking space on private property. Sweet cat lives here and needs to eat 2x/day.
