Newly built upper floor of house with private entrance. The floor offers a large and spacious kitchen/living room with a sloping ceiling, as well as access to a private roof terrace. In addition, the home has a large bathroom and a quiet bedroom with a double bed. The sofa is a sofa bed, and the apartment therefore accommodates up to 4 people. The home is located in a scenic area, only 8.3 km (about 20 minutes by car) from Aarhus C. In addition, close to Skejby Hospital, close to bus connections and the light rail.

Forget your worries in this cozy and sweet home. The guest house is separate and you can be completely undisturbed during your stay. The guest house contains a nice bedroom with a double bed and a living room with space for 2 additional people. If you have a baby with you, there is the possibility of a weekend bed and a high chair. The apartment is furnished with a double bed (180X200 cm), sofa, dining table, etc. The kitchen is equipped with pots/plates, etc. as a vacation apartment. The apartment has a newly renovated bathroom in the basement. There is the possibility to use the garden with a nice terrace. The apartment is close to shopping and with good bus connections. It is 250 meters to the nearest bus stop where 4A and 11 often go into town. Free street parking.

The apartment is located at the east end of a beautiful farmhouse from 1874 with large garden and outdoor areas. There is a private entrance and south-facing terrace, as well as a bathroom and kitchen with a fridge - all overlooking the garden. Parking is available in the courtyard around a large old lime tree. The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walking at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.
