Villa vacation rentals in Vineyards

The house is beautiful and very spacious. Terri was extremely helpful with everything and is a very good host. We liked the place a lot and it was a pleasure to stay there. Thank you!

Excellent villa away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful settings stunning rugged scenery. Nice restaurants Lido 5 mins away, Benjamins and vasilla beach 10 mins. Ezic Lapta very nice 20 mins away- extensive menu and play area. Sokmar Premium large supermarket 20 mins away. Car Essential. Villa great for kids. We had 5 ranging 14- 2.They loved the pool and visiting friendly cats and dogs. Smart tv for Netflix etc. A few minor issues with WiFi but was expected due to mountain location and not helped by a storm. But issues always dealt with promptly. Nervin the housekeeper was very responsive! She communicated promptly . We got by fine with google translate as my Turkish is non existent 🙈. Nermin went the extra mile for us and even did a supermarket shop for us prior to our very late arrival so that we had baby supplies and food for breakfast.5 star ⭐️. The host Orly was very understanding and communicated well. We would love to stay again if they would have us back 😉

A fabulous property within easy reach of some excellent restaurants, shops (both supermarkets and 'kiosks'), and things to do (including Latchi harbour and boat trips to the blue lagoon). Pool heating was worthwhile (stayed in early April) and the pool warmed up to between 27-29C, which was a good temperature even on cooler days. Joseph was really accommodating with us arriving so late, and stopped by the next day to 'show us the ropes' with how to do the jacuzzi, pool cover etc. There were only a small number of other villas in the development and the private beach was only a minute walk away.

Just excellent! The Villa is situated in a quiet Residential area with similar properties, Just a few minutes from the Edro Shipwreck, a nice Spot to enjoy the Sunset. A couple of restaurants (never tested) and a big supermarket (Philippos) are within a few minutes driving. The villa was outstanding, a very well equipped kitchen, the beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the baths was good. The pool was great and everything was very clean. Check in was easy and communication with the owners was also good. I highly recommend the property and would love to stay there again when coming back to cyprus.

Fabulous place. It was a beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay. Nearby restaurants at Aphrodite Hill resort we're lovely but it was really easy to get to alternative local eateries. Close to the major road between Paphos and Limassol we were able to get to both quickly. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

This house is a gem. If you want piece and quiet and wanna get away from it all- this is the place to be! We meditated and watched beautiful sunsets on the rooftop… gorgeous place and a bohemian dream come true.

Wir waren zu 5 dort für 10 Tage. Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut, die Lage war gut. Und im Haus war alles da, was beschrieben war. Die Gastgeber haben selbst bei Fragen nach Geldautomaten in der Nähe sofort geantwortet und geholfen. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auch beim mieten von einem Leihwagen wurde geholfen, sowie beim Flughafentransfer. Wir würden dort auch wieder Urlaub machen.

A very well-built and quite unusual house, minimalist (contemporary art deco), very spacious but also surprisingly comfortable. We were there the last week of October which was lovely as the days were still warm and breezy but the nights were much cooler. The location/views were great. It is quite close to Lefkara which is a picturesque village (but in busy times potentially touristy) village. Otherwise somewhat remote which is what we wanted (but 5 minutes to motorway which then takes you anywhere and distances in Cyprus are not large). We all loved the animals that were housed next door with Janos (kids spent a lot of time with the animals), who was great looking after everything and made everyone feel welcome. The pool is great, very large. It can be heated either by solar energy or electrically. (For colder months, you'd need electrical heating which could be energy-intensive). Great host. Would definitely return.

We've spent 5 days at Basil's. Our arrival 's been smooth, exact directions, the host very communicative. The villa is the most beautiful and spacious place we've visited, clean, with a completely equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a lovely terrace with garden furniture, a pool. Some sweet treats have been waiting for us... You can see the sea in the distance on the right. The neighbourhood is peaceful, we've enjoyed the occasional visits of cats. It's great if you have a car, so you can fully exploit the surroundings, the city, astuning beaches, trails, mountains, sights. We've enjoyed them all!

Vi fik en fin modtagelse ved ankomst til feriestedet, boligen var pæn, ren, og ikke mindst velholdt. Manos er en fantasktisk og meget behagelig vært. Vi havde hjemmefra bestilt lidt forplejning samt drikkevarer der gerne måtte være klar ved ankomst, køleskabet viste sig at indeholde langt mere end vi kunne ønske, hvorfor vi følte os velkommen fra vi trådt ind i boligen, til vi 10 dage senere forlod stedet igen. Vi havde 3 børn med på turen, og fordi vi var der i Påsken havde Manos uopfordret lagt lækre chocolade æg samt påskekyllinger til børnene, og dette ganske uopfordret, hvilket vi satte stor pris på. Endnu en fordel er at Manos selv bor i umiddelbar nærhed af huset, hvorfor det er ganske nemt at opretholde en god kommunikation, og hurtigt få svar på eventuellle spørgsmål. Skal vi på en senere tidspunkt tilbage til Cypern, vil vi helt sikkert vælge denne bolig. Vi vil virkelig anbefale denne bolig som et kommende feriemål. Vi vil helt sikkert huske denne ferie på Cypern.

I’d like to start with the bottom line of our stay at this Cyprus property — we had a great time! As a big family of 12 people, spanning three generations (the youngest being 14 years old), the house offered enough rooms to ensure everyone could have their own space, while also providing plenty of common areas — both indoors and outdoors — for us to gather, relax, and enjoy meals together as a family. Marissa, our host, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our entire stay. She was always quick to respond to questions and offered great local recommendations, which definitely enhanced our experience. It should be noted that the beds were not particularly comfortable, which affected our sleep quality. The kitchen could use a few more utensils to make meal preparation easier. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property!

Plenty of space for family of 7. Car hire essential as it’s a bit of a walk to shops / beach.

The villa was just perfect for our big family vacation (18 people, incl 6 kids). Large spaces, beautiful, peaceful surrounding, walking distance hidden beach etc. Can just recommend!

One of the best villas (villa itself+location+service) we have ever rented and we often hire villas twice the price in the world renowned Aphrodite Hills villa resort! Superb villa in dream location with direct access to the beach at end of garden - truly 5 star. The villa location was stunning with amazing sea vistas as soon as you open the front door - with a large, beautifully planted garden with palm trees waving in the breeze adding to the visual impact. Inside the villa was well equipped with quality furniture and sliding doors that opened right up so you can lounge on the comfy sofa and feel inside/outside living. Villa pics don’t do it justice - was all fantastic with everything needed incl nespresso machine not advertised. The second living room became our tech and movie room. The downstairs well-being area with proper massage bed was total luxury. The pool area was gorgeous - large, clean paved area with comfy sunloungers. As we were there in October we had arranged pool heating and the pool was meticulously maintained every day with temp 30 degrees - clean, well treated and warm enough for kids and even grandparents all day! The location is a mix of villages and fields running down to the sea with restaurants, shops a 5 min drive away and the buzz of latchi marina a 10 min drive. BUT The host makes this villa extra special. Maria arranged in villa dining for us (well priced) and in villa massage treatment (one of best I have had). We had requested specific groceries and Arkadios made sure these were all in the villa unpacked and ready for us - with no extra charge above the receipt provided. Honesty makes it for me and Arkadios gave us a 30% return on pool heating charge as the energy cost had been less than he thought - reflects fact that the family owners truly want you to have the best holiday and go extra mile to make it happen. (Maria even brought us a home-made cheesecake as a gift and Kostas gifted me gin for my sundowners!!) Highly recommend.

בית מקסים, מרווח מאד ומתאים למשפחה גדולה. יש בבית הרבה פינות ישיבה בחוץ ופנים. מקלחות גדולות ומרווחות. כל החדרים וחלל הבית עם מזגנים. הגינה מהממת והבריכה מדהימה. כל החדרים גדולים ומרווחים. הבית נקי מאד. היו חסרים מוצרים בסיסיים כמו סבון כלים, שקיות אשפה, ועוד כמה פריטים בסיסיים שיכלו להקל. באופן כללי נהנינו מאד. הבית ממוקם בעיירה נחמדה ולא רחוק מאיזור מתוייר עם הרבה מסעדות. הבית מקסים ונתן תחושה של בית. נהנינו מאד מהשקט ומהסביבה הרגועה. בהחלט נחזור שוב.

We rented the hiuse for 2 adults and 3 children. the accomodation in the rooms worked perfectly for us. A car is definitly needed for shoping and getting around. The beach is about 5 minutes walk from the house and the pool was very clean. The house was very clean and neat. At first we had some problems with the wi-fi, but Claire was fast to resolve the problem and sent someone to fix it. There is a broblem with fastidiouse ants but all on all it was good and we had a great time. I definitly recomend this house for a vacarion in Cyprus and Claire as a hostess. Thank you again. We had a wonderful stay in Pissouri. The house was in a perfect location, up on a hill with a stunning view. The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and really spacious. The patio area with the pool was so lovely - the pool was clean and the loungers provided gave a real holiday vibe. There is also a very large (and very good!) BBQ which we really enjoyed using. The local village had lots of different eateries and a really friendly and relaxed vibe, there was also a lovely restaurant up on the hill a short walk from the house which also had a fantastic view and amazing food. There were so many different places you could visit within a very short drive, going down to the coast was only about 10 minutes in the car. It was also very accessible for Paphos and Mt Olympus. Rose is a fantastic host and was always available for any questions I might have had. Overall it was a really great experience and we are looking forward to visiting again!

Super Unterkunft, jederzeit wieder. Wir waren total glücklich damit. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Sogar Wasserspielzeug für den Pool und Trinkwasserspender im Haus waren vorhanden.

Fantastic villa with great amenities and local information to keep you well fed and watered. Tessa was super attentive and dealt with our few queries very promptly. Pool was cleaned regularly as was the garden and my partner felt safe home alone whilst we were diving - good security features albeit we felt safe where ever we went. Locals very friendly and always gave us a wave and hello! Would I go back? Definitely; super relaxing chilling by the pool and eating out at some lovely local venues to suit all tastes and budgets.

We had a wonderful stay here. Karen’s villa is in a beautiful location and the villa has everything you need - a really homely feel. The pool area and facilities are fantastic and the villa was very comfortable. I feel like all of the ‘little things’ have really been thought about here and they make such a difference. Thank you so much! Would absolutely recommend this stay to our friends and family. Pissouri is also a lovely little village full of charm - although we hired a car to explore the rest of the island we actually chose to come back to Pissouri each evening as we felt the charm wasn’t matched in other parts of the island.
