The villa is breathtaking and beyond expectations. Jean met us on arrival and is very welcoming and friendly. It has everything you need and more. The outdoor area is really nice to relax in and the pool is great and very refreshing. If you have a car there is plenty of room and very secure with electric gates. The local area has plenty of restaurants and fast food takeaways and just half an hour walk and you're in the centre which I would say is typically French with lots of really good restaurants and cafés and a really pleasant place to enjoy some top dining. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

Very nice stay with friends, the house is very nice and the outside too! Very easy to find, what's more, we had a lovely time. Too bad the pool is only functional in mid-May even if it was specified in the advertisement.

we had the place over the festival week, so had the delight of watching the fireworks from this incredible location, which is the highest over the whole bay pretty much. House was super cool due to a perfect aircon system that didn't miss a beat. great place to stay, but beware the steps to get to town. it is about 10 / 15 mins to get to the harbour but you will find approx 250 steps of stone to get there which is fun on the way down, but not for the fainthearted on the way back up. Overall 10/10. They need to add some teabags to their collection ;)

The house is true to the description, everything is perfect, everything is within walking distance and we discovered a very pretty village where everyone simply says "hello". We'll be back with great pleasure.

The accommodation is clean with quality furnishings. The proximity to the beach without the need to take the car is a real advantage. The availability of bicycles and special sea equipment is also an advantageous service. The apartment is located on a quiet street. Arnaud is a kind and friendly person. Everything was great⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The accommodation is just as the photos show: clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The area is quiet and safe, ideal for resting, but also well connected. Christo was a very kind and attentive host, always available for any questions. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay. We would do it again without hesitation!

The reception by Alain and Nathalie upon our arrival in Calmeille and the introduction to our "new home" was very reliable and committed. During our stay, we got to know them as extremely helpful, warm, generous and also discreet people. The house is really beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable in it right away. It is perfectly equipped, with everything that belongs to a successful stay, but without appearing overloaded. It is one of the top three of the many Airbnb accommodations we have visited. We enjoyed the hikes recommended by Alain in the immediate vicinity of the house. Simply brilliant, these pure nature experiences! We highly recommend the accommodation to all who love tranquility and seclusion in nature.

I recently stayed at this lovely Airbnb and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The house was spotlessly clean and immaculately maintained, making me feel immediately at ease. It was incredibly quiet—just the gentle sounds of birds chirping and leaves rustling—providing the perfect escape from city noise. Our host was one of the highlights of the stay: warm, friendly, and always ready to help. He gave us fantastic recommendations for the best local shops, as well as unique spots to see flamingos in their natural habitat and the top oyster bars in the area. Thanks to his insider tips, we enjoyed unforgettable experiences we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Very pretty little old town house. Not a view from the terrace, but windless and cozy. 1000 mosquitoes everywhere. We really appreciated the village life. Everything around the corner, bakeries, groceries, bars and restaurants. Very good location for beautiful hikes through the water landscape and trips to Narbonne and Carcassonne.

We had a very enjoyable, relaxing and peaceful week here. The house was really clean and comfortable and we felt very much at home. The terrace in particular was a lovely space to read a book and enjoy our morning coffee. And those views! We definitely recommend a meal or two at La Petite Artois, the food is great and they are very friendly. The location is good for visiting several Cathar castles nearby and the countryside is breathtaking and at this time of year with wildflowers everywhere. Anna was very helpful and easy to contact. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. It was a really lovely holiday.

We had a pleasant stay at Carlos's in Canet en Roussillon, well-appointed and spacious house for four people, many amenities available, well-equipped outdoor terrace ideal for a meal or a moment of rest, everything you need to have a good vacation. An excellent stay in this beautiful house!   We were won over by the splendid (and panoramic) sea view as well as the exceptional setting that this house offers, faithful to the photos of the listing. The location of this place in La Franqui is ideal and we were able to do everything on foot (access to the beach and many walks from this location). The house is very pleasant from the outside (wooded and shaded garden in places, several well-appointed and equipped terraces, with comfortable furniture). It also has an impeccable interior, clean, bright, practical, with warm and neat decoration in all rooms and super well equipped especially in the kitchen (good equipment, storage, lots of dishes and household products available...). Like us, you will not miss anything during your stay and you may be sorry, when the time comes, to leave this haven of peace.
