Mayling’s flat in Salamanca is perfect for a couple looking to explore Madrid. It is in a quiet street so there is no noise at all even though it is on the ground floor, everything is walking distance and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Mayling was also an exceptional host. She came to check us into the flat even though we arrived at 10pm, and was responsive and flexible throughout. She was very thoughtful and even left us a bottle of wine and some chocolate to enjoy during our stay. The flat is clean and cozy, and priced very well relative to some of the hotels in the area. She is also a superhost so she has a lot of experience dealing with tourists coming to visit her city, always willing to help and provide guidance. I would not only recommend her flat to anyone visiting Madrid, but I cannot wait to come back with my wife again..!!

Mis expectativas superadas al 100%, fui con mi familia completa , 8 en total ,entre adultos y niños, por 15 dias , El apartamento muy comodo , limpio y ordenado, tal como se ve en las fotos. Cerca de todo caminando, cuando digo todo son muchos lugares importantes de ir , estas en el mismo centro de Madrid , y goza de la convivencia de una diversidad de culturas que es lo hermoso de la zona. Andre estuvo pendiente de todo y siempre disponible . Nuestro corazon se quedo alla y cuando vuelva no tendria ningun inconveniente en ir nueva vez. Lo recomiendo!!! Gracias Andre , un fuerte Abrazo!!!!

Es ist eine Ferienwohnung, die für uns drei perfekt als Ferienwohnung gepasst hat. Sie war sehr sauber und es war alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden, insbesondere zum Kochen. Von der nächsten Metro-Station ist sie ca. drei Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ist noch näher. Andrea hat im Vorfeld sehr gute Anweisungen mittels eines pdf gegeben. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr schnell gefunden und bei Fragen hat Andrea zeitnah geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel. Das war aber voll ok, da es draußen immer sehr hell und warm gewesen ist. Man fährt ja auch nicht in den Urlaub, um tagsüber nur in der Wohnung zu sein. Unterm Strich sehr empfehlenswert.

El alojamiento de Luz, si bien es pequeño, es perfecto para una estancia turística. La ubicación es su principal atributo, es excelente. La calefacción está en un punto ideal. La comunicación también es algo que agradezco que desde el momento de la reserva fue fácil y práctico. Luz y Altair fueron muy atentas, tardé un poco más del tiempo avisado para llegar por un contratiempo y aún así me estuvieron esperando con buena actitud. Mi única crítica sería tal vez con respecto a la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina, al menos las cosas que usamos tan solo de verlas no se veían muy bien lavadas.

A great place and location. Walkable, but literally one block to the metro station as well. Hosts were super responsive and also flexible, as we were able to check-in several hours early based on our arrival. Would definitely stay here again!

Maria’s place was perfect for both of us. We felt really comfortable and we were able to get anywhere we wanted fairly easy. She is a great host and her friend also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to go. Carrefour express is next door, the metro is so closed too. We will be back!

The check in was easy and Martha let us leave our bags at the house a little earlier than scheduled check in - which was very helpful! Kitchen was well stocked - although we didn’t use it. Traveling with 4 women and the house had lots of room. The beds were on the harder side and I would have loved to have a few extra pillows - but the space was roomy. Issue with the showers and the hot water but she was quick to get it fixed. Walkable to most things we wanted to see. Safe neighborhood and the cafes around the house were great. We look forward to coming back to Madrid on our last night of travels to her cute apartment. Would highly recommend.

Tendrian que cambiar la lavadora-secadora, que no funciona bien y nos impidio lavar la ropa en condiciones. Hay una balda en el armario del dormitorio principal que tienen que arreglar.
