Super friendly host , apartment is clean and location is very beautiful.

The villas are a mile walk (each way) into town —perfect for working off the gelato we walked to get most evenings. They have a private dock stocked with paddle boards, deck chairs, and a fridge to store beverages for the day. Alex is the on-site manager and is very responsive and had nice local recommendations. We lived our time here.

A very cozy and modern place, with all the amenities you need, and a fantastic lake just a minute away. I only wish I could stay longer to sunbathe! Thank you!

Accommodation was as described, especially the private lake access we liked (the shore is almost continuous in private hands) and in the evening we had the sun on the spacious balcony. Tasteful and practical.

Felix is rightly named Superhost! He picked us up from the train station, showed us everything in the pretty apartment (location phenomenal!) and also lent my husband his board. On the day of departure, Felix informed us about the rail replacement traffic... it couldn't be better! And the lake on the doorstep is a dream!!! Thank you!

We visited Petra for the second time and again very satisfied. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. The direct lake access and the sunbathing area are beautiful. For us as a family with small children, the optimal place to take a vacation.

New, spacious and very well-equipped accommodation. The pictures give a good impression. Very good and friendly contact with the landlady. There is no shopping in Sattendorf itself. The spa tax to be paid entitles you to free use of the S-Bahn. The S-Bahn train station is less than 5 minutes from the Apartment. As a result, shopping, excursions or rides to Villach etc. are also possible without a car use.

We had a wonderful stay at Margot and Anton's bungalow. The fully equipped accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. We particularly liked the rowing boat and the SUPs and the covered terrace where we liked to sit. The place was very very clean and we felt right at home. We couldn't have had a nicer vacation. Thank you so much dear Margot and Anton!

The apartment is small but nice. There is a separate bedroom with 2 single beds and a large double bed in the larger living/dining area There were three of us for a week, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The location is great: there is private lake access, a beach, restaurants and other numerous child-friendly nearby excursion destinations. The contact with Richard was top: check in and out were flexible, he was very nice and accommodating and gave us tips for the area. Especially all who want to do a lot and don't want to cook 5-course menus (the kitchen is quite small) I highly recommend Richard's place!

An amazing location directly on Ossiach lake with a direct lake access, small grassy beach and a parking lot. A nice bonus - there is a floating platform in the lake just a stone throw away, which we used to jump into the lake and have fun. THE place for SUP board fans. The apartment itself is nicely furnished, with 3 double bedrooms and a large balcony facing the lake. The beds are fine, the bed linen is clean. The bath towels could be larger. The Internet is free of charge. The password is on the wifi router. The place could be tidier as mentioned in previous comments. Almost no soap gel in the bathroom. The accomodation is not an entire private house, but an appartement on the 2nd floor with no lift. The access to two upper bedrooms is via a very steep staircase, which is not suitable for small children or elderly people. What we really missed were insect nets on the windows. There's a lot of insects coming in when you open to get fresh air, although no biting mosquitoes.

We felt super comfortable in the apartment, everything was great: location , equipment, lake access...... Communication was also always very fast. We will definitely return in any case.
