Juan Pablo was a great host! He was very flexible with check in and out. The apartment is very comfortable and is exactly as it looks on the pictures. In a quiet neighborhood but close to transportation to anywhere in the city. We stayed for two months, there was a good connection to internet to work, we felt right at home.

We went to a concert, we took advantage of going a few days before to walk around. The choice of accommodation was in line with what we expected and more. The area was ideal in terms of transport, it felt safe and quiet, access to the apartment was easy to understand, a few blocks from a busy avenue, not far from Chinatown and with many bus lines available. The apartment as such felt comfortable and cozy, the balcony provided the possibility of airing the place, the cold/heat air conditioning helped with the temperature and the fact of having a coffee maker and microwave gave it a plus. We look forward to coming back

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, very helpful host. The neighbor has a very beautiful dog, but if you go out to the balcony it doesn't stop barking and there is a lot of dog smell in the entrance hall. Except for that, which has nothing to do with the apartment, everything was perfect. I'd go back

Excellent stay. Fernando's apartment is beautiful, just as seen in the photos and more for the details of the decoration and the equipment. The area is quiet, safe, there is a tree-lined boulevard very close with many restaurants, bars and cafes, all very nice. There is a very large park very close by, ideal for a walk and to enjoy the outdoors. Public transportation is very close by. Fernando was always attentive and helpful and responded to my messages instantly. Fernando was very flexible in extending the check-out time for us. I recommend Fernando's apartment 100%. And I will surely choose it again for my next stays in Buenos Aires.

Amazing place in colegiales! super safe, calm, restaurants and shops close by. Paula is very accommodating and helpful! the balcony is amazing and the apartment has lots of room. the only annoying thing is the sun coming directly though a small window in the mornings - bring an eye mask. This place is amazing though and well worth it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cecilia’s. Check in was smooth and there are many cafes and restaurants in the area. Daniel was very helpful when we had issues with the washer. The area is a bit small for two people traveling with a lot of stuff but it was very clean and had everything needed.

The building is located a few blocks from Corrientes Street and Av. 9 de Julio. The highlight of this apartment is the breathtaking view of all of Buenos Aires from the 18th floor. It allows you to appreciate the sunrise and sunset. The entrance staff is respectful. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The kitchen, bathroom, hot water, heating, TV worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. I'd go back.
