Very responsive host, welll equipped kitchen, very cozy beds

I loved the place, it's very nice and very well located. In front there is a park that is ideal for both dogs and children, which makes it perfect for families with pets or small children. In addition, it is very easy to walk to the square, which is a great plus. I definitely recommend this place. Its location and surroundings make it ideal for those looking for a place with access to green areas and nearby services.

Lida and David’s fairytale casa is filled with their loving attention and talent. Every room is its own art-space with a story to tell. The colorful furniture and cheerful décor uplift your spirits and give joy. It's absolutely magical!! The location is a short stroll from the center of action in Villa de Leyva, but is a world apart from noise and traffic. The home is in a residential area that overlooks a lovely park with fragrant flowers. Is safe and peaceful day/night. The home is beautifully designed, pristinely clean with comfy bed and hot showers. The host is a chef in his own restaurant (highly recommend) so has expertly equipped the kitchen with all cooking essentials that you could ever need or imagine. I particularly enjoyed having a big dining room table with excellent light for working and loved that the location is only a few minutes’ walk to a Pilates studio and amazing Saturday farmers market. I have so loved staying in this sweet casa, I would return again and again!!

The place was suitable, very comfortable in a private residential area, had all the necessary amenities. A little close to the square, you can always walk. Mrs. Nery was very kind and cordial, always attentive to needs, she was an excellent host. It has a parking space to leave a car or motorcycle, the truth is a very complete accommodation. We'll definitely be back.

Amazing! The hosts live in the same building, and that facilitated an early check-in and communication in general was super easy. The apartment is very nice, the kitchen has everything you need, and the neighborhood is excellent - quiet but one can reach the central square in 5 minutes walking. Thank you very much!

The apartment meets the expectations, the photos are exactly the same as the real thing. The only thing that would improve is a bit of the kitchen utensil. The apartment is a 2nd floor, has parking and is 600m from the main square which allows you to enjoy Villa de Leyva on foot. It is in a quiet residential area and there is a supermarket and a fruver a block away which makes the stay easier.

Excellent stay in Villa de Leyva, 2 blocks from the central square. We spent a week at the end of the year and it was spectacular. The host and his family are charming, very attentive to all needs and always willing to help in everything. We recommend them 110%!

it is an excellent apartment, with a very good location, the person in charge is very friendly and helped us get an additional parking space; however in the description of the property they do not tell people that a one-off payment of 5 thousand per person must be made for a handle that at no time was required by the police as at the door as they tell the guest, additional charge of 5,000 per person for access to the pool and 5 thousand per person for access to the sauna and the use is only 2 hours i.e. if the guest wants to be more time in the pool they must check if there is a quota and pay again for the times you want to use the wet areas.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is as shown in the photos: very nice, clean, spacious, bright and with a very pleasant atmosphere. It is excellently located, close to everything: restaurants, supermarkets, the lake, an ideal boardwalk to walk and enjoy the scenery. The area is quiet, safe and perfect for walking. The apartment is very well equipped, we had absolutely everything we needed. Care is noted in every detail to make guests feel comfortable. Spacious parking, a heated pool with a great view of the lake, and although it is small, it is very nice because they control access. The host was simply spectacular: very friendly, attentive, patient and always willing to help. He responded very quickly to any concerns and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

A very nice, quiet place. Well-equipped, comfortable and located in an area nice and safe, close to places of interest, such as shopping malls and Plaza de Bolivar in Tunja, ideal if you are going to walk around different towns and/or places in Boyacá and want to stay in a central location

The accommodation was amazing, Paola is a very friendly and helpful person, she prepared the place properly and impeccably, the site is well located and close to the Plaza and restaurants, very nicely furnished and with very comfortable beds.
