Where to begin, as soon as we entered Patrick’s place we knew we were in for a treat. Beautifully appointed ancestral home, so charming. Fully equipped kitchen, every detail was thought of, spotless all around, so comfortable. We felt right at home immediately and loved returning to the home at the end of the day. The house is located perfectly to access Quebec City, Mont Saint-Anne, and the Charlevoix region. The upstairs features an office space which was so well appointed and the bedroom was so beautiful. Bed is extremely comfortable. I cannot recommend Patrick’s place enough. If there were 10 stars I would give it, I was only allowed to go up to 5 :). Patrick was responsive throughout our stay and checked in with us to see if we had any questions. What added to the whole experience was the lovely bakery a few steps down from the house, a lovely grocery store which has everything you need and a convenience store. We were sad to leave but look forward to returning!!

A delightful mix of old house (hand-hewn beams and squared-off logs for walls) with new renovations (modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean, etc.). The neighborhood is not particularly beautiful, but we were looking for proximity to the Mont St. Anne xc ski trails and this home is perfectly located for that, along with a small grocery store and gas station a couple hundred meters away. It is both cozy and comfortable, and we will gladly come back again, potentially with other family friends as the house has three apartments and would easily house a large number of people. The location was incredible! It was scenic and quiet yet easily walkable to attractions and restaurants. Jean-Patrick and Stephanie were very welcoming and helpful. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly and kind. I highly recommend this stay.

The house is comfortable and is as described. We especially appreciated the basement pools and Hockey tables. This is a perfect place for families with kids

Very enjoyable stay with an unobstructed view of the St Lawrence Seaway and all the vessels transiting. Abundant variety of birds and a twenty foot tide range added to the ambiance. Outdoor fire pit and propane bbq were nice extras that got used extensively during our stay. I would return.

This was a great appartement for my 4 night stay while my child was at a sport competition. Clean. Communication was great and had everything I needed. Thanks! Easily Comfortable for 3 people I would say. Bed was very comfortable as well. Blackout curtains were appreciated.

Really beautiful accommodation in the heart of Lévis with beautiful views of Château Frontenac and 10 minutes from the ferry. Big favorite.

We had a perfect stay! The place was quiet, beautiful and very well equipped

Loved it. Would stay again. We were there to ski at MSA and it was only 3 or 4 minutes from driveway to parking lot. Everything you could need for food , liquor , ski gear is in the area. Owner was very fast with response. Couple of issues too minor to mention here were dealt with quickly. Oddly there was no broom or dust pan available so we were unable to sweep up before we left. For short stays not an issue but we were there for 3 weeks.

Great host and supportive

The space was clean and everything was safe enough for my very young children. It is located in a nice neighborhood, easy to access by bus and car, close to a grocery store and nature trails.

This was our second stay here while on a skiing trip to Stoneham, We loved the location to the ski hill. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and Chantale was easy to reach when we had questions,. Her place is well maintained and clean. We love all the hooks she has everywhere which is helpful for your ski attire to dry out. The storage for our skis was a bonus too, It was a great stay.

Lovely place. Mathieu's family condo is well worth the visit and the price. Bring your wood for a relaxing fire in the fireplace on the ski slopes!

Tasteful, beautiful, peaceful…We absolutely loved Simon’s house. Not only was it beautiful but also very comfortable. All four of us agreed that it was our favorite Airbnb ever! Would definitely recommend!

Simply follow the instructions for check-in and access to the cottages independently thereafter!

Suited our needs very well, would recommend highly if you are skiing or b boarding at Mont Sainte Anne.

We stayed here as a group of 7 and had a nice time overall. Unfortunately, rain kept us from fully exploring the property, but what we did see was lovely. The hot tub spa was a great feature—we wish we had more time (and better weather) to enjoy it. One downside was that the basement got quite cold at night, and the heater wasn’t quite sufficient. Still, the place has a lot of potential and we’d love to return in better weather.

Wonderful home, very well equipped and comfortable!

Wow. Just wow. The property is beautiful and phenomenally kept. Not to mention stocked with any necessity you can think of. We experienced a weather delay arriving and our host kindly offered to extend our stay to make up for the lost stay. Throughout our stay, Martin and Line were extremely communicative and helpful. We stayed in the middle of two huge winter storms and the property offered a winter wonderland of beauty and tranquility. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at Pascal Pierre's villa. The environment on the banks of the St. Lawrence is magical and very quiet, the villa is superb and very well-equipped. We immediately felt very comfortable. Pascal Pierre had made recommendations for activities that largely met our expectations. He is a very responsive host to our on-site requests. We had a magical stay with family and friends. We would recommend this place without hesitation.
