An excellent stay, with the beach almost around the corner along with the aquarium very close by, I loved the amenities, always hot water, and fresh. The rooms are very comfortable and the instructions are accurate with self check-in and check-out. The kitchen is very nice if you need to cook, with internet. Excellent place I will definitely be back. Thank you to the host Eduardo for answering my questions very attentive.

Overall very good, both the host and the managers of the Tower were very friendly and attentive to all our needs. It is understandable that since it was the first tower, the bathrooms need to be remodeled, both those in the apartment and the one in the beach area.

Astrid's place is wonderful. Easy to get to, spacious and organized. Their attention and help during my stay were extraordinary. As for the location of the apartment, it's the best. Despite being a busy avenue, the noise from the outside doesn't bother you in the rooms. I definitely recommend Astrid's apartment and on my return to Veracruz it will be my first choice to stay again.

In general, we enjoyed our stay, the place is very nice, just as seen in the photos. What we liked the most was: - Quick replies of Violeta - The house is very nice, easy to access and has everything you need - the garden is large - Direct access to the beach - the area where it is located is very safe What could be improved: - the outside bathrooms were dirty when we arrived, and we decided not to use them - the secondary room only has translucent curtains, so it would be nice to put on other thicker curtains for privacy - in the main room the TV is not connected to the internet or an antenna, then it is practically unusable While there are points of improvement, this did not prevent us from having a great time and we would definitely return.

An excellent place for the family, cozy and with an excellent location

Magnificent apartment! With wonderful views of the beach from its own furnished terrace. I went with a family from 2 to 70 years old and the place was perfect to meet all our needs, both for mobility (chip to enter and exit by car as a resident, ramps for wheelchairs, elevators and carts to carry the luggage) and for the stay (an interior design with the perfect balance between good taste and the practicality of having just what is needed so that the little ones do not break anything with their games, spacious and flat spaces to move around in a wheelchair, well-equipped kitchen and laundry for everyday use). Neus is a very friendly and understanding person who knew how to listen, from the day we made the reservation, to the needs that arose and always had a proposal to overcome any issue; my family and I are very grateful and we would love to enjoy this apartment again, the pool, the easy access to the beach and the palapa.

The apartment is in very good condition. Spacious and comfortable. It has what you need for a short stay, everything works. Although it is not right on the beach, it is a few steps away and very easy to reach. I always had quick and attentive communication due to the owners' parde. The building staff is friendly and we had no issues with the use of common areas. The apartment is very well located for quick and easy access to restaurant, shopping centers, etc. Highly recommended.

Everything is very good, quiet and accessible to get to different places to explore, with safe covered parking and an excellent price. I'll be back next time

we spent a few days in the incredible Úrsula depto... the beds and very rich pillows to sleep deeply... the depto has everything you need to enjoy a few days of rest. the depto is in a very nice and exclusive area, the beach is in front and there is an Oxxo inside the fractionation, which facilitates the quick shopping of snacks and drinks. we will definitely be back on other dates. 100% recommended!
