Spacious, comfortable, beautiful apartment in a residential neighborhood 20 min walk from the beach and the city center each with the parking next to the building and grocery shops nearby. The apartment provided a lovely home away from home.

When we came in we felt like at home. You can find here everything you need for your stay. The house is really fully equipped, not like for guests but like for relatives who are visiting 😊 Nice new kitchen, big TV with big sofa for watching movies, big fenced yard for you or your children or dogs. The owner is very friendly nice person. Good luck!

Voldemars Haus ist unbeschreiblich schön in einer ruhigen Umgebung, die zur Entspannung einläd. Wir haben die Ruhe und die Natur genossen und Tipps von Voldemars erhalten, was wir unternehmen können. Das Haus war ein wunderschönes Zuhause für die Zeit, in dem wir uns sehr gerne aufgehalten habe und zur Ruhe gekommen sind. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen und freuen uns jetzt schon.

Location and the view is perfect. You could not feel closer to the sea and nature than this. Uģis sent us clear instructions and that was the only communication and to us thats perfect. We didnt see people around us - again perfect. And dont be afraid of the cold shower outside - in the morning it feels amazing.

Ļoti jauks mājoklis Kuldīgas centrā! Viegli nokļūt uz foršākajām kafejnīcām un citām vietām. Klusa vieta, skats uz iekšpagalmu. Ļoti skaists interjers, viss nepieciešamais. Iekšpagalms ar iespēju novietot auto bija ļoti noderīgs! Paldies par iespēju ciemoties Kuldīgā un mitināties šajos apartamentos!

Amazing location 10 minutes walk to sea side! Easy communication with the host and quick responding time. We traveled with 14 months baby, in apartment was everything what we needed. Highly recommend. Probably will book again same apartment :)

The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, located in a quiet and peaceful area. It’s a perfect place for two people. We also appreciated the private parking spot in the gated backyard. I would definitely recommend it to others.
