Nära till restauranger och mataffär. Vid dåligt väder har vi ett vatten pallats badhus inne i centrala Mönsterås. Stugan är välisolerad så går bra att bo på vintern där. Nyrenoverade hela huset 2024. Har två parkeringar på tomten så går bra att ta med båt om man ska fiska i Mönsterås viken. Inga fester och rökning inne.
