Sommartid finns gott om stigar i skogen för löpning och mtb samt 2,5-10km elljusspår, fotbollsplaner direkt från gården samt 20 minuters cykling till badstrand.

Mysig villa i Norrland

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. I byn finns utepool, affär och lekområden. I huset finns bland annat biljardbord, bastu och utanför en nybyggd stor altan på nära 80 kvm. På altanen finns matbord för 8 personer och ett loungeset. En stor grill och solsängar. Spabadet verkar tappa luft ibland men är på. Bastun stängs av 1/5 och startar 1/12. Huset är gammalt men med många renoverade utrymmen. Finns därav självklart skavanker 😊 Vid särskilda önskemål skicka meddelande.

Great base to do different wintersports like (crosscountry)-skiing, dog-sledge, skating. A heads up or help from David&Linda always possible👍 To experience real Umeå, I recommend visit a ice-hockey game 😄

Host molto disponibile e gentile. Ci ha spiegato bene come funzionavano i rifiuti e tutto quel che c'era da sapere all'interno della casa. Posizione ottima perché vicino c'è un gran supermercato comodo per fare la spesa.

Simon’s place is large and very modern, exceptionally clean with lots and lots of space. The house is approximately 20 minute walk from the centre of town and the house was lovely and warm when we got there.

A well-equipped kitchen features modern cabinetry with a minimalist design. Natural light floods the space through a window above the sink, illuminating the countertop and appliances. A cozy area rug adds warmth to the wooden floor, enhancing the kitchen's functional layout.

Our stay at Stina and Magnus's place was perfect, even during the extreme cold of -32 degrees. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring everything in the house worked flawlessly and keeping us warm throughout our stay. The house was not only comfortable but also ideal for work, with good internet (up to 80 Mbps) and two well-equipped rooms with desks and wifi routers. The bed was very comfortable, there is a nice kitchen equipt with everything you need making us feel right at home. Our dog enjoyed the surroundings, and we were delighted to see the Northern Lights, twice in a month. Highly recommend!
