High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can go directly from the house to hiking trails and cross-country cycling. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

There is an additional cost for electric car charging (type 2 contact 16A), towels and bed linens. Cleaning is done by the tenant before check-out. Cleaning equipment is available. Permanent resident host family lives upstairs but has a separate entrance. Welcome.

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.
