Lillstugan - the cosy cottage on the countryside

"Lillstugan" is a cosy cottage in the middle of Sweden. It is located just beside our main house and is integrated in our farm, which is situated in the middle of a nice little village called Löa. We are surrounded by fields and forests, nature is just outside. Lush environments around the streams, deep forests, meadows, fields, grazing animals and lakes mean that the bird life is rich (approx. 145 species seen by us) It is a fully functional cottage and mainly for up to a small family.

Timmerstugan ligger på landet i byn Löa. Stugan har ingen el eller rinnande vatten så här lagar du mat i vedspisen, hämtar vatten i pumpen och får använda dasset, precis som det var förr. Är det för kallt att bada i sjön så finns dusch att låna i annan byggnad. Kylskåp att förvara mat i finns. På gården kan man få hjälpa till att utfodra kalvar, får och höns och plocka ägg till frukosten. Älg- och bäversafari med stugägaren som guide kan bokas. Båt, kajak och flotte finns att hyra.

Liljendal Green is a small paradise of its own, hidden in the deep forests of Bergslagen. Maximum comfort for 15-16 persons. With a non-professional football pitch, volleyball-net, kubb, crocket or strolling around the grounds. The lake side offers kayaking, swimming, a small rowing boat and fishing. Guests can paddle and/or row out to the island in the lake for a barbeque or just fishing from the small cliff. Barbeque area overlooking the lake, lawish lawns with room for play.

Huset står till ert förfogande från kl. 16:00 och lämnas städat senast 11:00. Önskas slutstädning, beställs detta vid bokning till en kostnad av 1200 kr. Välkommen till Löa och Hyttnäs Gård! Ett mysigt boende i våran ombyggda ladugård och ladugårdslägenhet, lagom för 2-4 personer. Löa är en liten by i Bergslagen, som erbjuder vacker miljö och naturen runt hörnet. Vatten, bad och fiske finns beläget ca 1 km från lägenheten. Skogen finns direkt utanför. Markerade vandringsleder finns för både stora och små. Lekplats för barnen finns vid den närliggande byskolan. Matvaruhandel ligger ca 1 mil bort.
