Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Nybyggd Minivilla med lyxig känsla i natursköna områden. Sjö och kanotuthyrning nås på kort promenadavstånd, Tyresta naturreservat ligger inpå husknuten med milslånga vandringsleder och löpspår. Koppla av i bubbelpoolen under stjärnorna. Här andas lugnet medans citypulsen endast ligger 15 minuters bilfärd bort. Utan bil tar du dig istället smidigt in med bussen. Only 17km from Stockholm city you will find a cozy cabin with private garden, near lake and hiking trails. Relax and explore the nature. Tyresta National Park is just a 15-min drive away. Hiking trails right outside the door. Features Wi-Fi, full kitchen, large bed, pull-out sofa, and grill area with both charcoal and firewood options. Free seasonal bike rentals make it easy to reach nearby shops (11 min by bike) or the Gudö å with canoe rentals. A pleasant 20 min walk to the bus stop.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Glamping ett stenkast från Stockholm

Njut av naturen när du bor på detta unika ställe. Du bor i vårt glamping/kupol tält med plats för två. Inga tillfälliga obokade besök tillåts på fastigheten utöver de två. Egen strand, uteplats, grillplats, vedeldad kamin och underbar utsikt. Maten lagar du över öppen eld eller på en kokplatta i tältet. Du roas av vågskvalpet som vaggar dig till sömns. Ni har tillgång till toalett och dusch i närheten av tältet. Dricksvatten finns i en dunk. Diskar gör du i havet. Varmt välkomna

Mysigt litet hus, sjöutsikt och skogstomt, Värmdö

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.
