Completely renovated bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private small patio. Located in a quiet residential area (Solbacken) close to both central Malmö and the sea. Parking is available on the street for a small fee, excellent transportation to the center/Copenhagen/Skåne. We have no animals and speak Swedish, Danish, English, French and a little Italian.

The villa is located in Husie and is close to Bulltoftapark which offers tennis courts, gyms (inside and out), café, football fields and frisbee golf! A quiet neighborhood with bus connections into both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 min away from the house takes you into the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 min (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.
