Places to stay in Varanasi

The host was very welcoming, and his caretaker, Faiz, guided me to the location with ease. The caretaker was also very kind. The place was exactly as shown on the phone—well-furnished, completely hygienic, and nicely maintained. The staircase walls were filled with many inspiring quotes, which were quite attractive. Overall, it was the best hospitality experience !!!

Terrace Kailash was the perfect place for us to stay after a tiring journey and is nestled within a silent neighbourhood, not far away from main tourist/religious sites. We could find e-rickshaws to the ghats just by walking to the main road juntion 200 m away. The house itself is aesthetically built on the 2nd floor (with not many steps to climb). Our host was gracious enough to give us (family of three with a young kid) early check-in around 9:45 AM. Raju, the caretaker, helped check us in and made sure we got clean bed/ linens to take a good powernap. He also cleaned the entire place and made sure kitchen was stocked with basic amenities like tea leaves, sugar, etc. The place is very homely. School on the ground floor was closed for session break/long weekend but the female staff there were present most of the day which made us feel safe with a young kid around. We did not bring our own car/cab but there is ample parking for at least three vehicles adjacent to the building.

We were just driving through Varanasi from Kolkata to Delhi with our pet and stayed at Nishit’s place. It was well kept and clean. Nishit provided very clear check in instructions and directions to reach the place. He even shared a document with specific recommendations for local food and sightseeing. He was helpful and responsive. Our pet was comfortable and We had a good stay even if it was short one

I’m so grateful I found this place! I had originally booked a hostel, but as soon as I arrived, I felt really uncomfortable and knew I couldn’t stay there. I quickly found this property, and the host was incredibly accommodating — he even came to pick me up at 10 PM. It was truly a lifesaver. The place itself was very nice: I had a kitchen to cook my meals, plenty of space, and a clean, comfortable bathroom. The host and his helpers were always very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially after such a rough start!

AKT Hospitality was exactly as shown in the pictures—neat, clean, and beautifully maintained. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a great choice for families. Our host, Aman, was extremely responsive and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to key spots—it took us around 20 minutes to reach the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Although I was initially unsure about the location, it turned out to be a wonderful stay. We truly enjoyed our rides to the ghats and the temple. Highly recommended!

“Your Host, Malvika, is a great person to contact if you need anything during your stay – but if you ever need us, we're here 24/7.” Airbnb claims the above & Malvika is indeed a great person to contact. Right from before I booked to the day after, when she enquired about how the stay went, she was proactive & went out of her way to make sure my parents & relatives who’re all senior citizens were well informed. She also assisted us with some contacts for transport & cruise booking along with other reccos for dining etc. The place was nice and clean too. It was airy & ideal for a large group. The caretaker cum watchman PandeyJi was very helpful as well. I had requested for an early check-in & they accommodated the guests while the cleaning was still on. That was quite helpful. Overall, the stay went smoothly & Bluetique is a place I’d happily recommend to others going forward. The host Malvika, the caretaker PandeyJi & the place all get a big thumbs up from me! 👍🏼

I was fortunate to discover this place at the last moment while searching for accommodation for my Varanasi trip. It exceeded my expectations, offering a premium three-star experience at an incredibly reasonable price. The rooms and linens were impeccably clean, making it feel like home. Despite my delayed flight and the property being fully booked, Shreyash was incredibly understanding and graciously allowed me to extend my stay for a while. His hospitality was truly commendable, and his caretaker, Ranjit, was equally helpful and attentive. With all the major attractions nearby and the location equipped with everything one might need, this will undoubtedly be my go-to stay every time I visit Varanasi. Amazing experience!
