Vacation rentals with a patio in Valverde

Todo perfecto, repetiré!!

This is definitely an oasis in the middle of Madrid. We really enjoyed living in this “work of art” for a few days. We had our 12 year old daughter with us and she loved having access to all the awesome drawing supplies and pretty much her own cool hang out space. We loved our stay here. Thank you again

De studio is echt perfect! Licht, ruim en een heerlijk terras. In de buurt veel voorzieningen en maar kwartiertje lopen naar het centrum. De studio is schoon, fris en van werkelijk alles voorzien!

Very well maintained and clean place. About a 5-7 min walk from the metro station so very accessible to various parts of the city. We really enjoyed our stay. Cielo is very helpful and quick to respond to messages with clarifications. Best to communicate through the app as it translates to Spanish for Cielo and you. So, if you are not familiar with Spanish that would be the easy way to communicate.

Great hosts! We loved the location and had an amazing time in Madrid. Apartment is in ideal location for exploring Madrid. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay. Beds were comfortable.

La ubicación para estar en San Sebastian de los Reyes es genial! Hemos pasado genial y lo hemos logrado por la atención constante de María para ayudarnos siempre!

Our family of 3 (2 adults and 1 teenager) spent 7 nights at Seo's place. The place looks just like the photos! Actually - the patio looked better in person than in the photos! The location is on a side street in a busy neighborhood - so not too loud but near lots of restaurants, cafes, etc. We walked everywhere. All of the museums and sites we wanted to visit were a pleasant 20-minute walk away. The apt is on the ground floor in a space that might have been a garage at one point - on the side of the building. The renovation is recent and done well. The apt is overall very quiet and peaceful. However, the 2nd bedroom with two twin beds face the small side street, which means there is more noise than the primary bedroom. Our son did not mind the noise and slept peacefully. The interior patio brings in fresh air and light. However, this is a ground-floor apt so there is little natural light. We didn't mind, because there are lots of light fixtures. Highly recommend!

Excellent host and beautiful ambience. Rosario was very helpful. Everything was just as we pictured. My partner and I enjoyed our stay.

A lovely place to stay with a very friendly, responsive host. The house was beautiful and suited our needs perfecty. Each room had an ensuite and air conditioning which made our stay comfortable. The house was a 20 minute drive from Madrid city centre but Uber rides were readily available. However, it was approximately 20 euros per trip. The outdoor space was very private and was the real selling point of the house. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!

Sandra María es bellísima , María también , su lugar es muy tranquilo si deseas estar cerca del centro , en un lugar limpio, bien atendido , zona segura, como persona Sandra María increíbles , nos recibió espléndidamente fuera de horario en una urgencia. María es súper buena una maravilla de señora y muy buena en su trabajo. El check in perfecto y no nos faltó de nada. Si volvemos a Madrid sin duda volveremos a su alojamiento con los ojos cerrados. We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

This lovely house is very clean and gives you a comforting sense of being at home. There is plenty of space, making it ideal for a large family or group. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it's conveniently located close to the city center and the airport. I highly recommend it. Nacho, the host, is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Un appartamento perfetto, con tutto il necessario per soggiornare a Madrid. La stazione della metro è molto vicina e ci sono alimentari, bar e ristoranti a pochi passi. Da apprezzare anche il parco bellissimo con pista ciclabile, illuminato anche di notte. Disponibilità impeccabile degli host. Se torno a Madrid, sicuramente sceglierei nuovamente questo alloggio.

Maria is a charming & delightful host. Her place is light filled & tastefully decorated & we so enjoyed the green patio at the end of a hot day in Madrid. The bus stop was not even a minute, supermarkets within a 3 minute walk & we used the buses everyday. We liked the place so much, we booked it for another week, next week, this time with our cat. Kitchen had everything we required, including ground coffee for our immediate use. Everything was easily available, washer and outdoor drying. I wasn’t disturbed by the street noises. The area has a Brooklynesque vibe & I felt right at home. Building is very secure.

Alojamiento ideal para ir al IFEMA, son 20 minutos andando. Barrio tranquilo y la casa con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias. Laura ha sido super amable y me ha facilitado tanto la llegada un poco antes , como guardarme la maleta hasta que salia mi tren. Muchisimas gracias!

100% recomendable! El piso tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia ideal, todo prácticamente nuevo y bien cuidado. La zona está muy bien comunicada con el centro en transporte público y además cuenta con muchos restaurantes, bares, heladerías que hacen la estancia más agradable. Roberto muy amable y muy atento e todo momento. Anfitrión totalmente recomendable. Ha sido un placer alojarnos aquí. Sin duda, repetiremos. Gracias!

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!

Amazing place! The location is great and the city center is just around the corner. The flat is very comfy, has everything you need, it’s very clean and modern, and the host was very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay!
