We had a lovely stay with friends and our children. Christophe greeted us and we toured the property together. Listing exactly matches the photos and description. 30 minutes from the zoo, we were able to enjoy the pool and the children were delighted! The house is in a peaceful and very well maintained place. Christophe was available when needed but everything necessary was already in place for a pleasant stay! I highly recommend it!

Central accommodation, everything is on foot, the best way to discover the city. The cathedral neighborhood is quiet both externally and internally. The accommodation is nice and the bedding good Would definitely stay there again

Really nothing to repeat. Everything was perfect. We felt right at home. This apartment is a real little cocoon with every comfort. Quiet and good location, close to the city center and bars + restaurants. Everything is in walking distance.

The space was perfect for what we needed, we had a lot of luggage and the place accommodated them with no issues. A beautiful ground floor accommodation in a quiet area of Tours with restaurants in walking distance (10-20 minutes). The garden is a huge pro, as it caught the afternoon sun, which after we had done our morning activities - perfect. Marine the host was very helpful and prompt with her responses whenever we had a question. We would love to come back when we’re next in Tours!

Accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian city center and all the necessary shops (Carrefour, bakeries, pharmacy...). Very easy to park on the street and in the parking lot despite a sunny long weekend, not excessive price on paid spaces and free spaces less than 3 min walk. Apartment with lots of charm, cool even in 30 degrees, quiet bedroom. Responsive host and flexible check-in. More than perfect stay, we can only recommend it!

If you want to be right in the middle of a beautiful, medieval city center then Philippe's listing is for you. On the third floor of a building on a main pedestrian street, you are steps from cafes, restaurants, stores, and several blocks from the river. Note: The three floors up on the stairs requires some stamina if you are carrying a lot of luggage. The space was full of light with two large windows which opened and are double paned, which is important, because while it's fun and convenient to be in the action of town center, there will also be noise that goes along with that convenience. We were very comfortable in the bed and had hot showers with good pressure. The kitchen had everything that we needed: Nespresso machine, refrigerator, and stove. Philippe communicated very well throughout the experience: checking in to ask if we were settled, answering questions about parking and the stove very quickly. All in all it was a positive experience.

From the first contacts, everything was perfect. Carmen, who has always been very responsive and responded to any requests we had. Listing is as described. Villa Verde is a spacious, comfortable and peaceful place. It is nestled in the middle of a huge wooded lot and very well maintained by the hosts, perfect for letting the children let off steam. We felt right at home during this short stay. We would definitely recommend Carmen's house for a visit to Beauval Zoo, for example, which is 20 minutes away

Correct price for the proposed area and the area.

We had a bachelorette party in this house and to start the house is just wow... whether it's the pool, jacuzzi inside the house everything is well thought out and very functional!! We were delighted and had no regrets about our choice because it completely matched our expectations... and finally the owners are very kind, welcoming and explain everything you need to know very well. Thank you for being so responsive and accommodating!! We highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed with your stay!!

We had a lovely 4 days stay. The pool was the perfect temperature. My daughter loved feeding the goats and sheep each morning. It was great to be able to use the bikes Loïc made available to us, for a lovely ride along the Loire to Meung sur Loire.

The house is really superb, very well renovated and clean. It is very well-equipped and the quality of the services is excellent (swimming pool, sports field, bbq, darts, ping-pong, billiards, foosball...). We had a great time.

Excellent stay, welcoming hosts, we'll be happy to go back!!
