Gracious and kind hosts. It was a hot day when we arrived and enjoyed cooling off in the pool. We used the wood fire grill to cook our dinner and enjoyed sunset over the vineyard. Very nice stay!!

Paulo’s home was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed! We could not get enough of the view and the tranquility. He and Isabel made us feel so welcome in their home and made wine tasting reservations for us and we arrived to fresh bread, local cheese (amazing), butter, jam and milk. Everything we needed. Our favorite thing was to sit with a glass of wine while looking over the Duora Valley and watching the hawks soar overhead! We hope to be back again for a longer stay. Can’t recommend enough!

Amazing! Sonia and Sergio have created a beautiful home with everything you need. We enjoyed beautiful views, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets and enjoyed the local wineries. Their home is very clean and they themselves are great hosts. We would definitely stay again.

Carlos is a great host. We had a great 4-day vacation with e-bike trips through the beautiful surroundings. E-bikes is a must. A superb place to spend time at. The location of the Villa is fantastic once you reach it via the steep hills. Magnificent view and very well organised. Good service and breakfast. Totally recommended!

The most fantastic stay, we will definitely be back! The location and accommodation was even better than the photos and the host and staff were so friendly and approachable. The views from the entire place were fantastic. A very private and peaceful stay, and the breakfast baskets were very generous, full of fresh fruit, bread etc. We did a wine tasting on the vineyard and it was so reasonably priced and great wine. There was also a lovely peacock and cat that roamed the vineyard and came to say hello on occasion. Both pools were fantastic! Thank you for a really memorable holiday 🥰.

A wonderful place to relax in the Douro Valley! The views are stunning, and the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. The apartment is clean and cozy. The host was welcoming and attentive. He left a lovely welcome package with food and drinks, which was a very nice touch. The kitchen is well equipped, and there’s a convenient outdoor grill where we enjoyed making dinner with a view of the valley. The pool is large and fits perfectly into the relaxing atmosphere. Photos don’t fully capture the beauty and charm of this place — it’s even better in person. We’d love to come back!

Estadia no início de março. Local e paisagem maravilhosos. Tranquilidade, contexto, o som do rio, a casa, tudo de uma grande beleza. Superbe logement situé dans un petit village mais près de tout . Le lac Azibo pour les randonnées, Macedo de Cavaleiro pour le ravitaillement, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. Nous n'avons pas regretté notre choix . Recommandons sans hésiter

voordat we aankwamen kregen al een uitgebreide wegbeschrijving. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk en de rondleiding was kort en krachtig. Ook tips gekregen voor restaurants en wandelingen. Het huis is in het echt nog mooier dan op de foto's en alles was Spice en span!! Echt een aanrader❤️. En goed gelegen om Penedas-Geres te ontdekken!!! zelfs bij slecht weer was het huis gezellig.

I highly recommend staying at this place – you won’t be disappointed! The house is located in a small village, where half of the houses are part of a tourist complex. The people working on this project truly put their time, effort, and love into it. If you want to feel close to nature and enjoy the most beautiful view from the window, this place is for you. The house is very clean, cozy, and has everything you need to feel comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is to buy groceries in advance, as we couldn’t find a grocery store nearby (or didn’t ask about its location). If you don’t like cats, this place is probably not for you. But since I love cats, it was a big bonus for me. André was always available, and whenever I reached out to him, he responded right away. It’s a beautiful house in a picturesque location, and I would definitely return here again.

Casa ótima, qualidade-preço espetacular!

We had an excellent stay at Luis place for three nights, exploring Porto. The views were sensational and sleep very peaceful. It is very walkable to the main area. We had noticed some previous comments about it being far away……it is not and for active people, you will welcome the walk into town. We will definitely be back!

When we first saw Mario’s place and the fact it was a perfect five stars from all previous guests - it was difficult to believe. But we immediately upon arrival understood why this was a perfect 5 stars…this is an incredibly special property - from the streams, waterfalls, history as an olive press, trails, peacefulness - this place was absolutely one of a kind. All in our group agreed this place, of all the places we’ve stayed in the world, was truly truly special….if we could give more than 5 stars - we would. Mario and Cila were fantastic hosts and incredibly responsive and the amenities and nice touches throughout made us feel right at home - better than home. Such a wonderful stay.

Très bon séjour chez Tania, Dans sa jolie maison et très beau village. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans le Douro et surtout la maison des Douro Brothers. Tout était très propre et encore plus beau que sur les photos. Les lits étaient très confortables. Nous étions 2 couples avec un enfant (8 mois) et tout était très accommodant pour l’enfant. La piscine chauffée ainsi que les repas pris à l’extérieur étaient très agréable. L’hôte était très réactif et aidant. Il nous a transmis des recommandations très appréciées. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très bien équipée et parfaite pour 2 couples. Elle dispose d’une belle cour ce qui permet de garer la voiture sans problème. Le jardin est très agréable, dommage que le beau temps n’était pas au rendez-vous. Situation parfaite pour visiter la vallée du Douro. A recommander.

Desde a casa absolutamente extraordinária , à paisagem que parece vinda de um filme, ao senhor Manuel que nos deixou sem palavras de tão amigável e querido que é. Não há melhor sítio que este para descansar, e saímos a pensar no momento de voltar. As fotografias não fazem juz ao local, de todo… Casa muito espaçosa, ficámos num T1 e sobrou imenso espaço, bem decorada, muito moderna, com um espaço exterior incrível, é simplesmente mágico ir à varanda e só ouvirmos os passarinhos. Obrigada Lúcia e obrigada ao senhor Manuel, que tornou esta estadia fantástica e a desejar o regresso!

We spent three nights in this beautifully decorated and spacious house. The comfortable sofa and beds were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the area. On-street parking is available close to the house which made it easy to load and unload the car. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb.
