We look forward to seeing you in a comfortable room with a double bed, shared bathroom. You can move around in the hours that accommodate you, as we have the keys. Our house has a patio and pellet heating "all the magic of the south". Located 15' from the center and 18 from the UACH, with collective locomotion one block away. Come and enjoy a pleasant stay in our house, here we will welcome you with all the newen!!! We include a rich breakfast, coffee or tea, bread, butter, jam, yogurt.

Accommodation at home, comfortable and family-like.

Our house is located in a quiet place with green areas, with easy access to transportation (micro/bus $570 and bus $800). Three women live at home: grandmother, mother and daughter. The house has enough space to live quietly and independently. We have experience in welcoming people of different nationalities, so we know that you can feel like home. The atmosphere is homely, we like the music, there is a piano, guitars and a violin.

A sleeping area features a spacious bed with a patterned quilt and soft pillows. Two bedside lamps provide gentle lighting against a wall adorned with wood paneling, creating a cozy and serene environment.

Two adults and a small pet (cat) live in a traditional and residential neighborhood with a living fence and gate, garage-roofed terrace where you can talk, eat, and smoke. Half a block away from all areas of the city, including the coast. Close to a bank, supermarket and three blocks from Costanera and the civic neighborhood.
