I highly recommend this place. There is an AC in every room and they were all working perfectly. Beautiful furniture, comfortable beds and very clean. Close to everything, you must stay here if you want to have a great stay in San Miguel

My parents rented VILLA JIMENA for 2 months, (January and February, 2025); they wanted to escape the cold of New Jersey, they loved the house. 10/10, very good location, close to restaurants and shops. It has 24-hour security surveillance and a quiet neighborhood. Camila provided my parents with exceptional service, she was always attentive, she certainly deserves 5***** in SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. Villa Jimena is very nice, cozy and tastefully decorated, everything works perfectly. With a very nice and CLEAN pool. If you are looking for a house for your stay in San Miguel, I recommend it, look no further, in Villa Jimena you will have a 5***** stay and you will enjoy it. From the moment his home was booked, he was an outstanding communicator—reliable, thoughtful, and truly dedicated to his guests’ well-being. My parents stayed at his Airbnb for a few weeks, and I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. It is as described and true to the pictures. it's nestled in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Yanira was extremely helpful and very courteous and very upfront with everything. The place was clean and best of all very private… really nice place to stay if want to visit San Miguel and the beaches in el Cuco. The security guards were always helpful and friendly. The price for the house was worth it…. Thank you Yanira for everything…. Will definitely stay there again.

The location development on which the House is located is easy to access from the south and making use of the bypasses, making it a great place to access the city and the rest of the region, about the house, is located at the back of the Polígono F, but once you find it it’s quite easy to reach. One last thing. The afternoon may be quite hot and maybe some proper curtains would work for wonders keeping the apartment cool. Overall a great place and a very warm host.

It was a great experience to stay at this local Airbnb. Walkable distance to the local garden mall that offers multiple selection of food options and shopping options as well for locals and guests. The residence was clean and cool when we arrived, cozy but spacious for a family of 4 to stay comfortable. The residents were friendly and helpful whenever you asked them for assistance. This is an Airbnb I would return to in the future. Thank you.

Ileana is very responsible when it comes to helping you with any questions, the place is in perfect condition, everything is very clean and well furnished, fantastic without a doubt.

We loved that we requested it for an emergency at almost midnight and it took care of us without a problem! The house is well cozy, clean and comfortable.

This listing was beyond beautiful!! Yohani has taken her time and put thought into her home. I was shocked to find basic cooking needs and accommodations like cold water and even little bags of cereal. She's thought about everything. We had a bit of trouble finding the house BUT Yohani was quick to respond and very attentive. Definitely whenever we come it'll be our house to stay at 10/10.

Excellent area, excellent host answered all my questions, the place is clean, impeccable, everything works perfectly, if I return to San Miguel I would stay in that house again, I recommend it Good job, blessings.

I was impressed with my first stay that i had to come back with friends. Truly impressed with the new changes, such at the bathroom and patio. Paola is incredibly responsive and made sure we were comfortable. Looking forward for my 3rd stay!

It was perfect for passing through. We were headed further south into the country but didn’t want to drive at night so we found this place quickly and spent the night there. The A/C was perfect and the tv in the living room was nice and big

I had an amazing stay at the house, great location, it was close to all shopping centers, gas stations, it was accessible to everything. The place is very clean and comfortable, just as shown in the photos, truly cozy, it made me feel at home, I would definitely recommend it and I would stay there again. Ten out of ten. :)
