House vacation rentals in Uji

wir waren zu viert in Kyoto und wir wollten ja ein japanisches Erlebnis in Kyoto haben. Das war ein Volltreffer, das Haus ist in einer sehr guten Lage, Lebensmittel, Waschraum und Bus sind alle zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Bahnhof nur etwa 15min. die Onsens waren auch super.

The location is excellent. It is hardly a 5 minute walk to Shin osaka station. There are lots of shop and restaurants nearby the house. There was only one minor inconvenience. The floors were really squeaky, once our kid slept even tip toing didn’t help to prevent the noise from walking on floor. But as she slept like a log after tiring day it didn’t wake her up. Even the kitchen chairs etc seemed a bit outdated and were a bit loose and squeaky. There is only one bathroom and one western toilet.

A great place a bit out the way, I would definitely stay again .I would recommend to rent a car or a bicycle to get back at night. the local Transit shuts down 8ish. but a very nice place. just look for all the boats.

Recommended location

Really lovely stay! It was very clean. Many towels, pillows, blankets were provided. It was a fairly quiet area. The air conditioning was great. Would recommend this location if you are trying to stay closer to Gion. It is further from the train station, but everything is pretty spread out in Kyoto.

A very pleasant and cozy appartment, and a really thoughtful and friendly hostess that takes care of everything. We felt right at home here, and can only recommend it.

I had a lovely stay at Luana's place. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the instruction booklet to help operate the TV and washing machine. Just be aware there are 2 very steep flights of stairs to go up which can be quite challenging with bigger bags. I would recommend utilising their service for assistance here if possible. Very convenient location in a nice neighbourhood. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay.

We visited for the Osaka expo and had a terrific time. This was a perfect home base with everything we needed at home, great location for walking around and easy public transportation access. When we needed more coffee the host got back immediately and before the end of the day coffee was seamlessly restocked - just wow! Even though we were a big family, there was plenty of room for everyone, privacy but also a common space to hang out in. Easy for entertaining - there was even a nintendo switch under the tv. Plenty of phone chargers too. I loved that there was always hot water for us all to bathe and take showers. The elevator was perfect for those of us who appreciated not having to go up and down stairs. And it was SO CLEAN! 1000% recommend this spot!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cottage. The house was very clean and spacious. For us, the best part was the location. It truly felt like we were locals living in the community where Cozy Cottage is located. All of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time, and the stay definitely made our time in Kyoto extra special. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a bit of a slower pace in Kyoto.

친척집에 놀러 온 것 같은 기분이였습니다. 호스트분이 한국어도 잘 하시고, 집의 위치도 붐비지 않은 동네 그렇지만 도톤보리도 버스로 한번에 갈 수 있고요. 주위에 시장도 있어서 편리하고 여러모로 좋았습니다

Good location! One stop away from Kyoto station but totally worth the price and home is beautiful

The house was clean and comfortable to stay in. There is lots of space for luggage and other bags in the main floor so you will not need to carry them up the stairs. The shower is nice and large and doubles as a clothes dryer which is nice.

Excellent séjour dans ce logement très propre et fidèle à la description. Idéalement situé à 10 minutes à pied de la gare de Kyoto, dans une rue calme, pratique pour visiter la ville. Le logement est spacieux : une seule chambre au rez-de-chaussée, de style japonais avec futons, et à l’étage, une autre chambre avec deux lits occidentaux confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée, le salon agréable. À noter qu’il n’y a pas de vraie table à manger, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés, nous avons mangé sur la table basse du salon. La salle de bain est particulièrement réussie, très propre, avec un grand bain japonais. Très pratique aussi pour une famille avec enfant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons ce logement sans hésitation !

Tout était absolument parfait ! L’emplacement, la réactivité de Tomo, l’arrivée ! Puis l’appartement était tellement confortable ! Il y a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, et les lits et couettes sont vraiment très confortable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la baignoire aussi. Nous avons super bien dormis. Merci pour tout ! Nous reviendrons sûrement !

The place it’s clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated just a short distance from the main tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions and needs we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the future.

사진보다 더 휼륭한 숙소 였습니다. 가족 6명이 함께 지낼 숙소로 3일을 지냈습니다. 너무 상세한 체크인 방법 및 숙소 사용법 안내 인근 편의시설 안내 등 모든 것이 완뱍했습니다. 부모님도 숙소를 너무 잘 선택했다고 만족 하셨습니다. 6인 가족이다 보니 8인승 차를 렌트해서 다녔는데 주차도 되어 편하였습니다. 제 핸드폰 문제로 체크인 체크아웃 시 메시지를 못드려서 죄송했습니다. 덕분에 즐겁게 여행하고 돌아갑니다. 감사합니다.

숙소를 편안하게 이용했습니다. 전철역이 가까이 있으며, 주변에 마트, 편의점이 근방에 있어 편리했어요. 재방문 의사 있습니다. 오사카 오시는 분들께 추천합니다!

Great Little place in Osaka. Super Central with access to all major trains and subways within 5-10 min walk. True what everyone says with the narrow stairs, but that is already a given and with the way Japan is, it is not uncommon. We had a very comfortable stay here with everything provided included umbrellas which was much needed as it rained a bit while we were there. What was important to us was that it was super clean and the host was very responsive. Thank you Hiroyuki for an unforgettable stay in Osaka!
