부산대지하철역에서 도보3분거리의 원룸입니다. 조용한 주택가의 거리에 위치해 있으며 주위에 다이소,맥도날드,편의점,까페 등이 있어 생활하기에 정말 편리합니다. 방은 작은편이지만 혼자서 사용하기에 적당하며 아기자기하고 아늑하게 꾸며져 있습니다. 머물러 보시면 만족하실수 있을것입니다. Our house is a 3 minute walk from Pusan National University subway station. The room is small for one person but really cozy and convenient. It is convenient to have marts, restaurants,cafes and shops around the house. I respect the privacy of the guest and can help if necessary. Come to my house and make good memories.

안녕하세요? kong's room 입니다. 영일대 해수욕장(차량5분)과 죽도시장 사이에 위치한 저희 숙소는 여행자 분들 뿐아니라 업무차 이용하시는 분들 포항 손님들도 편히 이용하실수 있은 포항 중심에 위치하고 있어요! kong's room은 1년 반동안 계속해서 슈퍼 호스트로 손님들을 맞이하고 있어요. 이번에 새로운 컨셉의 객실을 소개해드리려구요 ^^ 4층에 위치한 객실은 푹신한 침대와 2인용 테이블을 두어 편히 쉬시면서 카페온 것 같은 느낌으로 꾸며봤어요 ㅎ 간단한 취식도 가능하고 세탁실도 갖추고 있어 필요하시면 세탁기도 이용 하실수 있어요. 4층이라 올라 오시기 조금 힘드셔도 객실에 만족하실수 있게 깨끗하고 편리하게 준비해 드렸어요 ㅎ 많이 이용 부탁드려요!^^
