Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Tyrrhenian Sea

We spent a lovely week at this beautiful apartment. Every little detail was tasteful and artistic, yet it was convenient and comfortable. The neighborhood was secure and quiet, the view of the sea is amazing, also a walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Vassil was responsive and sent us many recommendations for things to do in Nice and good grocery stores and restaurants. Everything was perfect, we highly recommend it. Thank you Vassil & family.

We stayed in Fabio's apartment from April 17 to 22. When we arrived there was the co-host Cyril who was very kind and available as also the other co-host Laure who gave us several information to help us better discover and appreciate Antibes. We had a great time together! The apartment is as in the description and in the photos: clean, tidy and very bright. There's a great view! It's easy to walk to the beaches of Juan le Pins in about 5 minutes and there is an Intermarché very close by. In addition, it is the ideal place for those who like us have children because there are very close play areas. Very recommended accommodation. We'll be happy to go back!

Samir’s place was great! Very modern, comfortable. It was the bomb. Samir was very friendly, and met us at the apartment,explained everything. Great location.

This place was one of the best ones we’ve stayed in! Location was a 10/10. Extremely close to all the best spots in the city. The apartment itself was very cozy and we felt very welcomed. Dan and the team were excellent at communication and also accommodated us in every way including taking care of our luggage after checking out! Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful, new and well-equipped. Perfect for 4, but you can also stay in 6 (the sofa bed is not very comfortable). The locker with the keys was a little difficult to open, but just lightly press the door while pulling the lever. Recommended, I'd go back!

From start to finish our entire experience staying at Ivan’s flat was excellent! Ivan was an amazing and clear communicator, very responsive and informative, our instructions for check-in, our stay, and check-out were clear, warm and welcoming. Ivan went above and beyond as a host to make our stay incredibly comfortable. The location of the flat was perfect to explore and walk everywhere we wanted to, it was just a short walking distance from the train station, and you walked out the door of the flat and you were right where there was a daily farmer’s market, excellent restaurants, an antique market just around the corner, and clothing and artist markets on other days of the week. We were steps away from a beautiful chapel, the ocean seawall, the Picasso Museum, and much more!! The rooms were spotless, bright, and had all the amenities we needed - a perfectly stocked kitchen to prepare meals in, a washer/dryer, a/c, wifi, and a very comfortable bed. We highly recommend! beautiful place in a beautiful surrounding with some lovely animals who life in your neighborhood. The hosts are very friendly and the pool is even heated! Ideally for a family or a break from all day life.

Beautiful location. Amazing house with well appointed interiors. As depicted in the pictures. We loved it. Great for big families/Groups. Within driving distance for all the best places around.

We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

We had a lovely holiday in Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery with lots of day trip options nearby. We added on a cooking class with Raimondo and Viola (Nada's daughter) and learnt so much. We will definitely be making fresh pasta from now on! The villa is well equipped, and nicely furnished.

My family and I had a great stay! The apartment is near the center, a stone's throw from the Accademia Gallery, in an area where there are fewer tourists. It is a recently renovated apartment, well furnished, comfortable, clean and larger than what you see in the photos. There are all the necessary amenities for medium-long stays and Andrea, the host, was very hospitable and helpful. The small elevator is very useful, since the apartment is on the upper floors.

Perfectly located accommodation. Very nice apartment, we particularly appreciated the balcony overlooking the harbor, very good bedding and many small touches that facilitate the stay. Friendly welcome, responsive and attentive host. And in addition, there is parking. We recommend it and will be back with pleasure!

The breathtaking view is worth every penny and Ciompi is fantastic host, although easy to find on the map I would strongly recommend using the metro unless an experienced homer, as Google maps loves taking you up the stairs! Great pizza place just the local shops and a short walk from buses and metro, the walk to the central city is nice going downstairs too. 11/10 recommendation!

I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!

Eduardo’s place exceeds expectations. It is roomy and clean. The location is unbeatable. Very central to all the main sites. We would definitely stay there again. Check in and out were a breeze and Eduardo was very responsive.

We had the most wonderful stay here!! Céline was a perfect host and the apartment had the most incredible view! Walkable to a quiet, beautiful beach. Super market and restaurants below, as well as walkable to a bakery! We would absolutely stay here again. It was perfect!
