Magisk utsikt över havet, men ändå bara ca 15 minuter från Piteå centrum. Vintertid är det bara att promenera, åka skidor eller skoter ut på isen. För den skridskosugne plogas det även upp en isbana. Kom och prova att bo på en riktig bondgård! I direkt anslutning till huset finns nötdjur, höns och en bit bort även hästar! Det ultimata boendet för den som vill bo lantligt och med djur inpå knuten! Huset renoverades invändigt våren 2023. I huset finns två sovrum och ett stort kök, sovplatser för 6 personer ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng och ett sovrum med en våningssäng och en utdragbar dagbädd. I närheten finns vackert belägen badsjö med lekpark samt en mysig gårdsbutik.

Här bor du mitt i naturen samtidigt som du når Piteå centrum på 18 minuter med bil. Till E4:an har du endast 4 km och ca 25 minuter till Luleå. Bil rekommenderas. Här kan du ta skogspromenader, göra upp eld vid grillplatsen, plocka bär, åka skidor och skridskor under vinterhalvåret. Här ser man också norrsken ganska ofta! En idyll året runt!

Vi erbjuder en modern bostad med en fin utsikt över havet. Tillgång till altan. Ni har stranden rakt nedanför, lugnt och skönt. Promenerar ni efter stranden 10 min så är ni på Pite Havsbad med alla dess faciliteter. Området vi bor i erbjuder många vackra stigar i natur reservatet. Det finns också många terräng cykelstigar. Till Piteå centrum tar det 10 min med bil. Gratis parkering och tillgång till 11 kw-elbils laddare. Rök och djurfritt. Varmt Välkomna ! Ulrika
