You can book a stay for the summer of 2024, see you then! We live on the shore of Haukivesi permanently. You can also have a sauna, swim, and sleep peaceful dreams as well. Room with heating/cooling, refrigerator, microwave, electric plate, toaster, coffee and kettle. Dishes and utensils for dining. Beds ready, including sheets and towels. You'll have access to a private shower and hand wash basin, as well as a compost toilet. Guests have a rowing boat and 2 paddle boards and a hot tub/lots of 50€ for a fee.

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild wooden park. There are about 250 different species of wooded trees and shrubs in a two-acre area. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

A neat 21m² studio is located on the edge of the park in a quiet residential area of Niinivaara. However, the building is located on the same plot with a detached house and with its own entrance. Nearby you can find: hospital services 1,4km, S-market (open 24/7) 700m, pharmacy, restaurants and ski trails/jogging trails start from the backyard. The guest has a bicycle available. In the bedrooms, you'll have bed beds READY for laundry. 160 x 200 cm double bed in one bedroom and 2 90 cm wide beds in the other. Two extra beds can be placed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped. In the living room, you'll find a smart TV with Netflix, the sauna has freshly replaced the stones of the stove. A hot plate+ eight is available upon request. Located in the countryside near the city, along the highway, less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Joensuu.
