It has 3 rooms, living room with fireplace and dining room, kitchen and bathroom. In the lower part there is also a sauna, ski storage room and private parking for 2 cars. There are tourist and cross-country skiing trails just behind the cabin. In the village you can find a small ice rink in winter, a sports multifunctional playground in summer. In the next village of Kraliki there is known ski lift, popular especially among all kinds of families with children.

Modernly renovated Apartment 19 in a quiet part of Turčianske Teplice 150 meters from the spa and Aquapark. It has its own entrance, separate kitchenette, bathroom, TV, double bed and folding chair as an extra bed for a third person. 2 free parking spaces in the yard. The city tax is €1.50 per person per night and is paid in cash upon arrival. The hostess keeps the Accommodation Book, verifies and records the identity of each guest. The rooms are non-smoking. The apartment is suitable for children 10 years +.

Rodinný dom sa nachádza v blízkosti kúpeľného parku cca 7 min chôdze do centra mesta. Apartmánové ubytovanie je situované na prvom poschodí rodinného domu s vlastným vchodom. K dispozícií sú dve 2-lôžkové izby a jedna 3-lôžková izba s veľkým balkónom. Každá izba má TV a WIFI. Kúpelňa s WC a sprchovým kútom. Kuchyňa je kompletne vybavená. V záhrade je k dispozícií altánok s krbom. Parkovanie je možné na parkovisku pri rodinnom dome. Ubytovať sa so psom nie je možné. V dome je zákazané fajčiť.

Penzión sa prenajíma ako celok pre min. dve osoby a max. 25 osôb. Rekreačný poplatok je 1€/osoba noc, poplatok za domáce zviera je 2.50 € na deň - platí sa v hotovosti na mieste.

APARTMENT N. 2 Vila Familia is situated in the centre of spa town called Turčianske Teplice. Our house is just 50meter far from the Aquapark with big garden, terrace, swimming pool and park places. The town center is just 100 m far from the Vila. For our guests we offer 2 new renovated apartments. Apartment n. 2 is situated on the ground floor and it is for 2 people. Apartment has it own kitchen, bathroom and exit to the garden. The reservations are accepted just for at least 2 night.

A unique place in the heart of Kremnica mountains. Its suited for relax, sport and vacation trips. One of the most special things is a fully wooden bath tube for 2 Persons, big fireplace, fitness room, bikes, exotic Paludarium. The Villa Remata offers 2 parking spaces on site and more then 4 on a parking space around 50m from the property.
