It was my first time using it, but the host explained things politely, and it was very easy to understand. Also, I didn't have to worry because the reply was very quick. I was really grateful for your flexibility in dealing with the unexpected situation of being late for check-in due to traffic. It was very helpful that they prepared amenities such as toothbrushes. As shown in the photos, it is in a great location with a good view of Mt. Fuji, and the inside and outside of the building are very clean and stylish, and I felt the owner's attention to detail. I wanted to use it again!

Our family of 8 spent a very unforgettable day in this very Japanese and innovative house... we were deeply attracted to the house as soon as we entered... we arrived a little late... but the owner still received us very warmly... and reminded us to be careful on the way... because it snowed at Yamanakako that day... our family's first experience with snow was here... we were really mesmerized by the beautiful snowy scenery... although we couldn't see Mt. Fuji, we still got a veryBeautiful snowy scenery... all the internet-famous check-in spots near Lake Yamanakako are very close... but this time we didn't have the chance to see the beautiful Mt. Fuji... I hope to have the chance to come to this house again in the future... and then enjoy the different scenery of Mt. Fuji... I highly recommend everyone to stay in this cozy and comfortable homestay... there will be a next time only if there is regret...

I can't think where to find a better value for money here on Airbnb This side of the grill is very comfortable plus the courtyard is even 1500 square meters wide Our family of four walked inside the house felt a bit big and exaggerated And the bed sheets are very clean and tidy I thought it was great The surroundings were very close and naturally we even met a deer on our way back to Airbnb grilling at night The only small drawback however is the occasional presence of bugs somewhere in the house that may be on the ground, on the walls, on the lights People who are afraid of bugs have to be prepared lol

The reception staff was incredibly kind and helpful. As-advertised, beautiful views of Mt. Fuji with a really neat waterfall trail nearby. Shuttle services that were easy to coordinate and delicious locally sourced food options. 10/10 would recommend!!

It was a little expensive, but all worth it. The place is close to Kawaguchi lake, towards the Mt. Fuji. You can see Fuji well from the place. Everything was sparkling clean and well maintained. The room had air conditioning and humidifiers. We slept really well.

Fumio is the ideal host - warm, friendly and always responsive. He has a lovely property which is ideally located if you want to explore Mt. Fuji and the surrounding areas. We had a great stay and will definitely be back 😀

The room is very warm, and the fire is lit.Unfortunately, I didn't see the deer, I saw the kitten when I checked in, and I didn't see it afterwards.The room is fully equipped with everything you need, and it is convenient to cook and anything.It was nice to have a barbecue for two days.The cots are somewhat small, and they are all single.

6 people stay overnight.The arrival instructions were very polite, and the BBQ and bonfire set, which were requested in advance in advance, were prepared, and it was comfortable to use right away. The 6-person cottage has a rare toilet and shower for men and women, and there are rooms that can be used in the bedroom as a private room, so it was easy to have privacy and the women were very satisfied. The surrounding environment is full of supermarkets, butcher shops, and sightseeing spots, and I would definitely like to visit again without any inconvenience.

Nice place to stay to explore the fuji region. Close proximity to food, transport and many trails which we really appreciate. The house is beautiful and similar to the pictures! We really enjoyed ourselves there. The kotatsu in the living room was our fav gathering point in the house when it got cold. Host is also very responsive!

We had a lovely stay at Kotomi's house. The house is lovely and tastefully furnished. It's a very nice cocoon where we immediately felt very good. And the magical point is the garden as well as the glass window of the veranda overlooking Mount Fuji. Magical! The garden is very nice with swing and zipline for the kids. And the outdoor furniture with fire pit and barbecue make it possible to be comfortably seated outside and enjoy the tranquility of the place. The house is well-equipped. We'll be back with pleasure in this lovely house.

Beautiful place secluded in privacy and serene. Place is well designed , clean , all amenities provided. Good place to stay with family and a place definitely recommended for stay. The view of Mount Fuji is just so stunning !

This is my second time using it. Like last time,🍕 they provided us with service handmade pizzas. More than last time, they have improved the mood🍖 of pizza dough, BBQ setup, and improved the relaxing space [measures against the cold], which is better. It was a great stay because of the environment and the feeling of hospitality. Would love to return again.

Great place to stay. It was in a perfect location with a view of Mt. Fuji, and it was especially wonderful to see Mt. Fuji in the morning.BBQ supplies and sauna were clean and easy to use.

This is our 2nd time staying at this place. Great location and facilities. Kids absolutely loved playing there. You need a car to get there but place is very easy to find and only 500 or so meters from main street. Also easy access to all the main attractions in Yamanakako area.

It was a very beautiful and clean facility! The facilities were well equipped and I had a comfortable stay, and the response was very kind and reassuring. The interior was very nice as pictured! It was nice to have a vinyl record or actually listen to it. However, the exterior was an old Japanese house, so I was a little surprised when I arrived. Also, it was stated that we can have a BBQ, but there is only a small fire pit, so it's a good idea to bring it ourselves. So we don't recommend planning too much at the main BBQ. The location was within an hour to major tourist spots around, so it was nice to be able to travel with children! The projector is also large, and it's very fun to watch movies and play games. The kids loved the hammocks and played all the time. After all, I was healed by the fireplace! The baked potatoes were delicious and delicious. I would love to stay here again when I come to Tsuru City again! Thank you!

Beautiful stay overlooking Mount Fuji. The accommodation was great for four adults. We felt close to nature with the occasional deer but a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants. We recommend booking a few days as we saw Mount Fuji in all her glory on one out of three days. We recommend a cycle ride around the lake too.

It feels like a villa in a very unique cabin.It is a quiet environment, but access from the center of Lake Yamanaka is very good.The owner is also friendly and has a good taste in furnishings.There is a large terrace, and there is also a bonfire space besides the barbecue space.There are also villas nearby, but they are well blindfolded and private.I was worried about insects because of the forest around, but there were almost no large insects.
