It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

The apartment was so beautiful and looks like the picture, it is located in a very modern and pristine neighbourhood with beautiful surroundings. Hosts were so lovely and helpful too 😀

transportation, reasonable prices

Beautiful property in a nice location with many wonderful shops and restaurants. The host went above and beyond to assist with transportation and tours.

The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. Looks brand new in an upscale building with a nice restaurant on the first floor. I didn't use the building amenities but it has a good gym and pool. I stayed there for 6 weeks and the kitchen had everything I needed, the king size bed was very comfy and strong water pressure in the shower (my top 3). There are lots of shops and street food within an easy walk and more around West Lake. Lotte Mall is 3 blocks away with nice restaurants, a big grocery and would be competition for any mall in the US. Very quiet neighborhood with Old town a convenient Grab ride away (about $2). I did 4 street food tours, great way to meet other travelers and learn how to order and eat the local food. Ms Hoa is a gem. She was very proactive, preparing me for my arrival and checking on me. Though I didn't need to contact her often because I never had a problem, she always replied quickly to my requests for info or recommendations.

This is a gorgeous little place, very cozy, in a perfect location. The building is nice, in a location that is still quiet while being only a minute or two from the lake, from restaurants, coffee shops, nice bars, everything! Its a quaint place with good AC, ample space for working and relaxing, with a washing machine as a nice bonus, and all the plants and garden really make it feel like home. Communication was great - Thuy is very helpful and proactive in sharing information and being responsive. Be aware of some noise in the building, but then again you're not going to find a place in Hanoi that doesn't have noise! Would definitely come again.

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

The apartment is located in a neighborhood with lots of greenery on the water and full of shops and restaurants. There are virtually no tourists and you feel completely immersed in Vietnamese culture. Due to the height on the 31st floor, it is quiet and the view is amazing. Diagonally opposite, you can see an old temple! Nice neighbors, conveniently arranged and very affordable!

The host was always interested in his guests and was very helpful with difficulties. It is the best choice in Hanoi.

Solo female traveler. A great base for a 2+ week stay in Hanoi outside of the tourist center, but easily accessible by Grab bike/car. Apartment exactly matched pictures/description, and the building is very secure. Good location for access to shopping, beauty salons, restaurants, etc. Reliable wifi for video calls. Mattress and couch are both quite firm. Responsive & helpful host. Would recommend if you're looking to get a taste of life in Hanoi outside of the Old Quarter. They guided me to the building I wanted, and I was so grateful that they answered everything right away. It was nice that they prepared it even though I requested it separately.

It was assigned to a different accommodation from the photos, and the first cleaning was not good, but the response was great, so it was a comfortable trip during my stay.

It is a perfectly equipped accommodation.Highly recommended for those coming for business.The airport pick up service was also booked by the host, so it was convenient.

This was my 2nd time staying at Ms. Thu's place. She and her staff were incredibly great. Definitely will stay again next time.
